I can’t login in with my email account and passport number it says it already has an account
Assalaam Walekum, Hope Ramadhaan is going well and may Allah SWT accept all our good deeds. I have a $5,500.00 CAD in my account from June 2024. Can someone please help me so I can get this money back. I have called twice and send many emails via your support email address. The last email from Nusuk said that it was being processed and that was in January 2026 but nothing yet.
Ich habe die NUSUK-App auf meinem Samsung-Handy installiert, um die Umrah durchzuführen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich mich anmelden möchte, werde ich nach dem Code gefragt, der mir per E-Mail (ayarialfredu@redacted) zugeschickt wurde. Ich kann ihn aber nicht in meinem Posteingang finden. I am a Malaysian (passport no A55532256). I have successfully registered for my Rawdah admission on 23 Feb 2026 at 12:20 p.m. However, I seem to lose my nusuk apps from my Iphone. I have tried the updated version but unfortunately the messages that I received were 1) no account found with these details 2) Error message "Something went wrong, please try again later". I also tried to access nusuk apps using my other handphone but unfortunately, I never receive the verification code through my email. Please assist me.
The app has been crashing since morning and now It is not providing OTP code to sign in. Please let me know what to do as I will need rawdah permit asap. Thank you very much
Nationality selection option is not showing any countries name when I am trying to create account on Nusuk apps

There should be a scanning system

Not everyone has the opportunity to perform Hajj or Umrah, ill come to this point.
Last year when i got a time slot for the Rawdah, my slot was of 3:15 am, the lines were so long that it took 1 hour for us to get situated, but when i reached to the check post, the time was 3:17 am, and my booking disappeared on this app, just because the initial booking time was passed.
I still got in Alhumdulilah because i took a screenshot. The people there do not understand any other language so it was still a struggle.
If this App had a scanning feature where the people who check the app to let you enter, scan a barcode or RFID, this would confirm if the person attended the Rawdah or not, because once the time passes you cant sign up for it since it’s only allowed once a year or something.
Its not the person’s fault if they arrive 1-2 hours before their time and still can’t get in. Make this scanning feature available so people who can’t afford to perform Umrah or Hajj and still manage to come dont get their once in a lifetime opportunity wasted. Because I almost lost mine due to this half baked app.

Im constantly getting “Internal Server Error” as well as a message to update to latest version of the App. I do have the latest version. I even deleted the App and reinstalled it and still same error messages.
If this is meant to be useful for visitors then it’s not. I guess we are getting credit from Allah SWT for being the testers for your App.

All I have to say is I went from the USA to perform my Umrah and I was not able to get my permit. My spouse was able to Alhamdulillah, but every time I tried getting my permit it gave me invalid message or error. Disappointed in this app especially because I was looking forward.
