Hi November 10, 2023 from freesteph51@redacted On 10/28/23 I took a look at thru Apple iTunes at item Internet Armour Pro; Says trial 1? 2 ? wks trial 2 ends 11/11/23 This is the 24 hours notice to stop/end the app/ subscription. Thanks 12:44pm ET

How to fix Internet Armor Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Internet Armor Pro app on iPhone
Update Internet Armor Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Internet Armor Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Internet Armor Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Internet Armor Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Internet Armor Pro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Internet Armor Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Internet Armor Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Internet Armor Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update Internet Armor Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Internet Armor Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Internet Armor Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Internet Armor Pro.

Fix Internet Armor Pro unable to contact server/ Internet Armor Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Internet Armor Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Internet Armor Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Internet Armor Pro
