This is definitely a scam

Do not download this app. It is a total scam. I unfortunately tried to look at a pattern online and this app appeared and said I had downloaded some virus and my phone was compromised. Download this app now to get it off!!! Tried to download and it would only take care of it if I bought the app. Sheepishly I immediately deleted it. Please don’t fall for this scam! The App Store needs to delete it from its site. That is all.

So I was just browsing on duck duck go right and then I found a pop up saying my iPhone had a virus into download this app. Quite frankly I was nervous so I did when I went to settings it said you have a virus. Please pay for a subscription, but I don’t have any money. I can tell this is a scam.
