I received notice from your company that my bill hadn't been received and was overdue; however, after using my bill pay with my credit union for several months, today, I received notice from them that your mailing address was incorrect and they received a return payment due to incorrect address. Following the direction on your email for my account number 8160250070545074, I attempted to log in to make a payment; however, I was unable to access your site, therefore I reinstated the billpay through my credit union and again paid the October bill and the unpaid balance. Please let me know if this has been resolved. Thank you.

This company treats it customers with little to no respect for their time or their efforts. Having to drive into the office to get things cleared up when their automated chat system won’t even attempt to help you or read what your sending them

I’ve had spark light for about two years ish I’ve never had to use the app the went to the app for everything and I can’t even log into it here recently the internet has been bad as well and they want me to pay a whole bill for internet I’ve not been able to use constantly for a month bc it keeps shutting off and failing or lose connection on the hard cable I’ve had techs out 3 times and now about to have one come out the 4th time this month so I’m about done
