Can only print through the app

It's not plug-n-play meaning iOS does not recognize the device as a printer. I can't simply choose a file from my storage and print it, I have to UPLOAD the file to the app and then I can print. These labels have sensitive personal information that's being uploaded to God knows where. I'm also seeing weird error messages in Chinese. When I go to upload the file the app has access to every document in my phone. Just feels a bit sketch. Probably best to get a Wi-Fi printer that doesn't require a third-party app.

This printer is not really worth my time bc i cannot find out how to print stuff and i just need an easier printer that actually works. I rather buy Walmart to print things for me bc it probably is better quality and u can print it in color.
Needs major improvement

Impossible to print from phone files. I’ve spent 2hrs trying to print a barcode label and the app keeps telling me to confirm i’m connected to the printer (which I am) multiple times and never prints. I tried taking a screenshot of my barcode and uploading it as a picture and it prints immediately but doesn’t come out clear enough to be scanned. Also there’s no color so i’m not sure what this printer is meant for besides labeling items in plain text.
