Great start, needs more

The coaching area I find pretty unhelpful- there aren’t many videos and no intersectional topics like disability, etc. it’s just assumed you can move like anyone else and ignores those of us who are limited by disability. There aren’t a lot of classic dbt topics too that seem like low hanging fruit. There’s a section on ADHD but none on autism, despite the prevalence of autism within eating disorders. That said, hopefully these things will improve over time.

I wish we could use captions on the videos, slow them down, and easily backtick time because a lot of the info is dense but she squeezes it into 3-4 minutes without pauses. That means it’s really easy to overlook the gems because there isn’t time for them to sink in! We need processing time for the info while watching. That said the fact it’s written on slides is the saving feature within this- I almost solely use the slides because then I can take my time.

The community I THOUGHT was in Looli but it’s just a FB group so even though it seems heavily moderated it isn’t too great for FB haters. Lastly, Looli keeps crashing. I can try to do a simple thing like update my “focus” and it crashes without updating anything- same if I try to look at the research notes for a video. Please improve if you’re going to charge this much! Thanks

Great information & Guidance, Easy Recipes

The information and guidance in this program have already changed how I’m eating and making my food choices. The videos are given to you in order so that you follow the program but you are also free to look around at other videos you might be interested in. The recipes are great I’ve tried a few and even have shared them with my friends. Greta easy recipes that don’t take a long time or a ton of ingredients. Highly recommend.

Wonderful App

Looli is so different than anything else I’ve seen or tried! As a member of the SociEATy for almost a year I have learned so much about self acceptance, self knowledge in addition to food and health. But having this at my fingertips and in small lessons Looli makes everything “stick”. I listen to the lessons more than once during my day so I can really think about them and retain them. Thank you Colleen!!

A revolutionary approach to healing your relationship with food and yourself. I have found so much support, camaraderie and comfort in the community of the Socieaty. The lesson plan is more approachable and guides you through short, easy to digest lessons that are tailored your needs. I have found so much peace from this method and community. I’m so thankful and absolutely recommend it for anyone who wants to stop thinking so hard about food choices and learn to listen to their bodies!

I joined the SociEATy a few months ago and am now so excited to have all of this information in app format! Looli is so user friendly and easy to navigate! I cannot wait to continue to use Looli and be able to have this information available to learn throughout my day when it works best for me and my family. Not being dramatic - this has made a HUGE impact on my life!

There are so many features I LOVE about Looli - I can track what I eat without calculating calories. The reflection of how I felt while eating and the reflections at the be of the day have made my self-awareness sky rocket. That’s how things change and you get in tune with what your body needs! I love this so much. Everything about it healthy and encouraging. I 10/10 recommend!

SO helpful and amazing!

Looli is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been on and off diets since I was 12. I finally decided enough is enough and that I wanted to live freely without thinking about food so much! But, where do I even start?! There’s so much info out there it can be really hard to navigate and easy to give up. Thankfully, Looli has SO much info on how to live a full life while ditching diet culture and nourishing my body. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing!!

I have lost 70 pounds due to intuitive eating! And Looli is just amazing and I can’t express how much I love it! Nothing like it anywhere else and I just want to say thank you so much for coming up with this! The videos are soooo helpful and I love that you can read them instead. Again, so much I love about it that I can’t begin to list everything but very happy with it! It is pricey but it is worth it if you put in the work!!

The APP is the real icing on the cake that is the SociEATy

I joined the sociEATy a month ago after years of tracking and stressing over everything I eat. Even just four weeks in, I already feel such a greater sense of food freedom and less stress around everything I choose or choose not to eat. Looli is the perfect addition to the program as I struggled to find time to sit down with the website and now all of the tools are right at my fingertips in Looli . 10/10 recommend!

User-friendly guide to intuitive eating

I’ve been learning from Colleen about intuitive eating for a few years now. I’ve enjoyed being part of “The Socieaty” on Facebook, but I didn’t complete the course when it was just web-based. I’m excited about this new format! It is easier for me to navigate, and the bite-sized lessons will keep me on track. The information Colleen shares is eye-opening and has already improved my relationship with food. I look forward to improving that relationship more with Looli.

ADHD friendly

I’ve been trying to eat intuitively for a while, but wasn’t making much progress. I got stuck in the not dieting phase and still had a weird relationship with food. So I finally decided to subscribe to Looli and it’s only been a week and I feel a difference in my confidence- since my biggest struggle is body image. I really like the journaling portion of Looli because it makes it so easy to see what’s working for me and what isn’t. Having ADHD means that I struggle with awareness, and Looli helps with that. I also appreciate the mini daily lessons. They are very ADHD friendly. And, as a person who doesn’t like to spend time on Facebook, I appreciate that I can click on the community link and it takes me directly to the group on Facebook so I don’t have to get distracted and forget why I’m on there in the first place. Another ADHD friendly feature! I look forward to spending more time in Looli and learning all that I can. I was in the membership a few years ago, but had to quit for financial reasons- and it was good, but Looli is a game changer! I love the improvements!

Amazing app

I started following Colleen on social, devoured her blog content on intuitive eating and food freedom
And joined her online community and program in August after a particular hard weekend struggling with my postpartum body image. I knew I wanted to do recover differently this time but I didn’t know how! Colleen’s program has changed my life. I am not dieting, I am enjoying food again and spending so much less energy thinking about my body. The transition to Looli has great learning is bite-size the resources are community on Facebook is everything

Best Intuitive Eating Guide- Simple and full of value

After years of yo-yo dieting and learning how badly I messed up my metabolism and bodies natural way to care for itself, it is good to be getting back to healthy behavior. I tried doing this on my own for over a year, but it is a struggle to remove all that diet mindset that has been drilled in my brain for 20+ years.
Looli is simple to use, encouraging and helps guide you through the steps to get back to well being. No body shaming, no weigh ins, no crazy contests. Just real support and encouragement.
Oh and the recipes are awesome!

Rewired my macro counting brain!

Hello beautiful! Join me and all the fun that exists on the other side of food scales and body checks! I unraveled myself from the lifestyle and rules I created to control my body. I did this thanks to the customized bite sized lessons, weekly coaching videos that keep concepts fresh, and with the real time guidance of the SociEATy team. The recipes are straightforward (no endless scrolling… just simple swiping) and Looli interface is aesthetically pleasing along with responsive. All in all, I have compassion for my former dieting self and am thankful to have more mental bandwidth to live a gorgeous life!

SociEATy App is Amazing!

I have found Looli to be extremely helpful and something I look forward to each day. As was suggested, I’m taking bite size lessons daily of my “class”, as I listen to that days lesson and then I like to also read over it to even absorb it better and then there are a few questions that reinforce what Ive just learned. It’s fun and I’m learning, growing and taking good care of me through this! Now, that’s not to mention all the other goodies, like Coaching Lessons, wonderful & delicious Recipes(I’ve made three so far) and the Support from others and all in a super easy FUN app :-)

Taking Intuitive Eating to the Next Level!

I am so impressed with Looli! Colleen’s course was good to begin with, but this really is next level. I think a lot of people that struggle with eating are perfectionists. I’ve always procrastinated if I thought I couldn’t be perfect. So I would either put off doing longer lessons/learning activities until I had the time to dedicate to being perfect or do too much and get overwhelmed. Looli cures all of that. Each daily lesson takes 5-10 minutes, so I feel extra confident I can achieve them. The improved consistently has dramatically sped up my learning and change. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Highly recommend!

The best journal you’ll find! ✨

I love the Journal on Looli! It is great not just for intuitive eating, but for reflecting on movement, self care, sleep, etc. It’s easy to use but also visually appealing (& nothing like tracking in a calorie app or symptom tracker. This one is intuitive, fun, & pretty!)

The Recipe database is second to none! I have a big family and was looking for nourishing + satisfying ideas from an IE dietitian that didn’t require a lot of time, money, or obscure ingredients. I’ve found it!!! 👏🏼👍🏼

Those 2 things alone are worth the membership. That said, there are tons of videos (great education & coaching) as well as access to a fun community of like minded women! Here for it! 👍🏼👏🏼

SociEATy App & Program- the 1st of its kind!

I am a registered dietitian myself, and Looli/program has broadened my horizons both as a professional, and as a person struggling with finding food freedom. It truly makes your journey as simple as possible. The information provided is relevant, the platform is user-friendly, and the support received is beneficial in numerous ways. One area for improvement is considering to offer a one-on-one with a dietitian, to offer additional support, as individualization is limited in a program that has prerecorded, one size fits all information. Although the information provided is extremely spot on, it may be difficult for those who have questions about the etiology behind their behaviors / thoughts / actions regarding food. Overall, I recommend Looli!

Perfection! For all ages!

This program is exactly what I’ve been needing / wanting for decades. My 14 year old daughter recommended Colleen on social media which had me a bit skeptical but WOW - what a find! Colleen delivers her science based lessons with kindness, empathy and intellect. And she brings deep understanding of the psychology of food issues. The entire program is beyond smart from all angles - the pace, the depth and all of the practical pieces. For example all her lessons are in short 5 minute video clips but also have an easy to read and fun to follow text version. Perfect for screenshots and note taking. I’ve been struggling with food over the last 15 years and have tried different therapists and nutritionists and programs. Finally I found an intelligent, science based program with heart and empathy. Lucky me.

Our world is inundated with so much diet culture and food noise. I have know for a long time that there had to be a better way but it just never made sense before I found the SociEATy.
