I really liked the logging interface and it made it very easy but some of the functionality just is not defined enough, for example it really got annoying when my weekly work schedule changed and I had to workout in a rest day but I was not able to do the next days workout ot change the rest day to workout for that day. Xeela just needs to be more defined but until then I will not use it or recommend it to anyone else
Liked the workouts but app keeps crashing and losing my data while working out. Then I keep having to re-enter my workout data. Has good potential but has a lot of bugs to work out. Also doesn’t let you move the order of the workouts which it is hard to do all workouts in order when at a small community gym. If someone is using the equipment I would like to move to a different exercise until it opens up.
Was curious about Xeela as so many cool features and tools were promoted by this app leading up to Xeela . Unfortunately, it feels like a beta app that still has a lot of work to do. For meals they have unrealistic recipe amounts depending on your diet and only offer 2 different types of diet restrictions. For example, all recipes were showing amounts that I wouldn’t be able to measure out or would have weird leftovers ie “2.2 eggs”. I also couldn’t find cardio noted in any plan or a clear overview week by week. Hopefully this can be improved, but disappointing that their release was pushed beyond what was promised for a subpar product. Maybe in the future I will look into it, but haven’t wanted to use Xeela even within my 7 day free trial.
Because I started a plan/downloaded Xeela in the middle of the week, I missed the first few days of exercises and it won’t let me view them. So here I am ready to go to the gym today and start the program, but it’s on a rest day…because of my schedule I need to be able to move around a rest day here and there to coincide when I can actually make it to the gym. Also, you can’t look at past meal ingredients/instructions. And I can’t look at upcoming workouts either. So I can’t get ahead if I know I can’t get to the gym on a particular day.
While I love the workout routine it’s given me so far, it doesn’t have great accessibility. You can’t look back at previous workouts to see the weight/reps you’ve lifted. The main reason I’m finally writing a review is that my app still thinks it’s March 10th, but today is March 11th, therefore I can’t even do the chest/tri/core workout I’m supposed to today, it just shows me yesterdays workout. Given a lot of bug fixes and accessibility improvements, I’ll happily come back and give a better review.
I wanted to like Xeela and tried it out for a month…there’s a lot of room for improvement and I wouldn’t spend the money. Xeela doesn’t allow for any flexibility of moving workouts around. It won’t show you what weights you’ve recorded in the past. The nutrition section doesn’t have all food logs making it more time consuming to fill out.
If you are looking for apps similar to this one but with more workouts and flexibility, better weight tracking, and easier food logs I would recommend the Alive App and the MacroFactor app. Theses two apps are WORTH your money and have great features.
Great concept great app. Just very very undeveloped. I wish I could go back and forth between daily workouts. I missed a workout and wanted to go back and do it. But I couldn’t. So I thought I’d reset it and just skip the ones I already did. You can’t skip ahead. I’ll revisit Xeela in a few months. And maybe subscribe. But for now this isn’t it.
I started really good one it tracking and going through but when I started a workout it cleared the food I tracked and the workout didn’t start. I do plan on redownloading when there are less bugs. Great potential 🙌🙌
Wish there was a bit more selection when it comes to meals. The workouts were also seemed a bit advanced even at the beginner level. Overall it is a good app with great potential, just doesn’t seem tailored at all which I was hoping for after seeing all of the transformations being promoted.
I like Xeela , it does a really good job of providing you with exercises and helping you meet your goals.
The really annoying features about Xeela…
- Workout incomplete bug - When finished with your workout for the day at times Xeela doesn’t record that you completed your workout. Then the next day it will say “Didn’t complete” although I did and ensured on clicking “Complete workout”.
- Weight entry issues - At times Xeela will suggest to add quarter weights for an example 17.5. When you go in and enter the weight used it does not allow you to enter quarter numbers.
- plank reps - when doing planks it tells you to do 20 reps but what does that mean? - 20 seconds?
The this app app in general is amazing. Great workouts and meal plans as well as accurate calorie intake and macro intake. My issue is that when i went through the workouts, its all about building the upper body. I think upper body strength is important, but I also would like to have two leg days in a week instead of one.
Leg day is one day and you’re expecting me to work glutes, quads, hammies, and calves in one workout? Where as Chest and tri is one day, back and bi is another day, and shoulders has its own day. Xeela and workouts feel very male oriented and the only “female” workout is the at-home sculpt. Im very disappointed.
It’s only my first day, but logging in meals should have more options to either delete or when clicking “replace meal” to have more options like searching in the database or something when one makes a mistake. I can’t replace my meal that I ate other than the preloaded options. Which can make my calorie counter inaccurate. It’s a good app and all don’t get me wrong, but I hope the developers see this and can make Xeela more in consideration for people that are on a budget and log meals they make like including ingredients/measurements in one meal when logging a meal manually
Huge fan of all of this app from protein, creatine, and supplements. Their workout plans and fitness plans and food guides have helped me a ton.
I did the free trial and like how it laid everything out for you. The option to pick your desired plan was cool. I didn’t continue my membership as $24/month is a bit steep as a college student. If it changed I will definitely be joining in the future.
I have been a fan of this app since the supplements and docs first came out. I was excited to hear about the launch of the fitness app but I wanted to wait to download it once I finished my marathon training plan.
I got antsy and decided to download it mid-way of my training anyway. I enjoy the workout that’s provided & it’s really easy to follow. HOWEVER, outside of the strength session, I also ran a few miles. I did not find a place in Xeela where I could manually enter that workout in addition to the plan. I also don’t see the option to connect to my Apple Watch so that it automatically connects my workouts (unless I’ve missed it?)
Side note: curious if there’s been a high demand for a “Hybrid” type training plan?
Additionally, when I used to use MyFitnessPal, the number of calories to consume each day would factor in the amount of calories burned, ultimately increasing if the calories burned is significant that day. Is this something that could also be incorporated in the this app app? I am nervous that the amount of calories consumed displayed as a static number per day will eventually become too little and may slow progress.
Anyway, thanks for reading my review! I like what I see so far, but hoping for additional customization as more users and feedback come through :)

Some things I’d suggest fixing!
- you should be able to alter your rest days incase you have to switch around your schedule and/or you should have the option to go back to a workout you’ve missed so you can catch up!
- being able to complete an exercise (weight & reps) out of order incase you need to wait on a machine
- add more characters to the notes portion of the workout & allow numbers in that field
- as for meals, allow the modification of certain foods (not just diets) example: I don’t eat any seafood, so I’d love to be able to eliminate those from shown meal options
I bought the suzi workout plan about a year ago and I can’t seem to access it on Xeela . I tried to enter in my email and password I used to access the program before and it didn’t work and now the email isn’t letting me access it either. I’m at a point where I want to start working out again. I just need help figuring it out how to gain access to the program I bought.
Xeela is great! The only suggestion I have is that I hate if you miss a day for the workout plans it doesn’t let you go back to complete the workout. It’s either their way or no way. You can’t go back without resetting the whole program. Shouldn’t be like that :/
Wish it would save my recent meals for when I meal prep food myself, wish I could look ahead to workouts on different days or swap out a rest day with a workout if I wasn’t able to workout on a certain day, overall I love Xeela but just needs a few minor feature updates for it to be amazing!
Xeela is user friendly- clean and simple. But a bit confused with the calorie intake. I’m not sure if it’s basing off my current weight and my work out plan. From my knowledge of using my fitness pal- the calorie intake that this app has set seems pretty high.
It would be nice if there are explanations as to why the number of calorie intake that is set is best.

Started using this app pre workout and app, it changed a lot for me, i started having more energy and motivation to workout and made me feel a boost before workout… and it changed my mood a lot from feeling very tired in the morning to having zero to none motivation to get up… but now since I’ve changed my diet and the way i exercise. I’m more motivated through out the day.. must try

I recently downloaded the this app app and have been loving it. I have tried many different fitness apps, but this one is the most thorough one I’ve used. I am still learning when it comes to the gym, so having step by step videos and descriptions are very helpful. I like how I can track my meals and see my progress in Xeela . I am excited to keep using it!
For years I have been searching for the right fitness app and finally I’ve found it! this app provides you with everything you need to start your fitness journey. The workouts are provided for you, and demonstrated for you as well. Now when I go to the gym I’m not wondering what I should do, I open Xeela and follow along. It’s perfect for macro counting as well! I use Xeela daily!
I just started using Xeela and feel like it has a lot of amazing features that it takes from multiple apps and puts them into one. Great and easy way to follow along and meal plans are super helpful.
Since it is a new app it has some bugs that need to be fixed but I’m sure it’ll be taken care of so not a huge dealbreaker.
I was super self-conscious of going to the gym because I didn’t know where to start or what to do. The workout plan that the this app app gives me makes me excited to go to the gym. The way you can track your calories and the meal recipes it gives you makes me excited for my nutrition in the future. Another feature I like it the progress section of Xeela . Being able to log your personal records for things like the bench press, squat, and deadlift make it easy to improve your workouts and further your goals. Overall, this is an amazing app that has helped me in multiple ways. The subscription is total worth it for all that you get in Xeela . I would totally recommend to anyone, whether you are new to the gym or not. Get Xeela .
What I appreciate about Xeela very much is the fact that it goes down into detail about asking your features in regards to your weight, your height, your knowledge background in weightlifting to try and get you the best possible plan for you and since starting I feel like the plan that was customized for me it’s just perfect for me as a beginner and as a postpartum mother, currently these workouts have been a great help mentally and getting me out of those trenches of postpartum depression, so I highly recommend Xeela to a lot of mom out there.
An all-in-one fitness app that provides step-by-step workouts from at-home beginner to advanced level workouts! I use Xeela daily to keep track of my workouts and keep on-track to hold myself accountable! Everyday I look forward to seeing what my workouts are for the day. I'm currently on Month 2 and the workouts have progressed which I really like. I haven't used the other features of Xeela very much like the meal recipes because I'm picky about my meals, however the meal tracker I've tried and it could use some improvement such as a broader database of food and sometimes scanning items are not accurate. Overall it's a fantastic app and I would highly recommend. I'm excited for the improvements to come!
I absolutely love Xeela and its work outs. I have been working out for years and have plateaued which is why I decided to get Xeela in the first place. I have not been this sore in FOREVER. I also appreciate that it sets your macros for you which is something other apps lack as well as providing great meal options. My main issues with Xeela is that you cannot pick your rest days. I prefer to work out on the weekends but I am unable to set my rest days during the week. Also, the calories and macros for the “branded” items is extremely off. I have been entering everything in manually to ensure i’m counting everything correctly. Lastly, if I entered something in incorrectly, I am unable to delete it.

The team over at this app is absolutely amazing. Not only did they immediately respond to an issue I was encountering but they did not stop helping until it was resolved. This is a company that works with their customers and cares about them. Not only is the customer service great but it is everything I would want and more for a fitness app, helping me track when I’ve done a work out and suggesting meals to go with the plan you choose. If you don’t like the meal that was suggested you can enter in your own ingredients to help you track everything. Xeela is a game changer to anyone that is on a fitness journey.
I got Xeela in hope to finally shed weight and get where I need to be I hope it works for me and if you see this Ilya help me if possible I know its so much to ask but im 21 6ft tall and 269 I just need guidance but I am desperate and want to be better for myself and my wife
Love Xeela! I have paid a lot more for an app like this with it having a fitness and nutrition plan designed for your goals. The only two things I didn’t like about it was that I was unable to see future workouts and to be able to do the workouts early or on different days if you need to rearrange your week, but with the latest update both of those things are now available. Definitely will be using this into the foreseeable future for my workouts!

I’ve been using this app Protein since the release! During Covid I gained a lot of weight but with this app as my protein and understanding the macros, I’ve lost 30 pounds. My goal now is to maintain my current weight but continue to gain muscle!! With the launch of this app’s app, it’s gotten way easier and it is more user-friendly compare to MyFitnessPal in my honest opinion! I love the different meals that they offer as well as the different programs depending on what you are trying to achieve. 10/10 I recommend to friends and family. The this app app, compared to the number of other options I’ve tried out there such as Lifesum or MyFitnessPal, is more capable and detailed in tailoring a plan.
Xeela gave me great both at home and gym workout options, with detailed videos and explanations of each workout with rep ranges. The this app app even calculates what your next weight range should be for a certain workout based on your previous progress with it!
Both the nutrition and progress tracking are also simple to use, with great pages that lets you keep track of your hours at the gym, your personal records, or just the number of workouts you’ve completed. The biggest benefit though is the fact that the nutrition recommendations are actually helpful for your fitness goals. Most other apps severely underestimate the protein you need to have and also the calories you can eat, but Xeela calculates it properly.
If you’re looking for an app that can help you maintain a healthy diet / fitness plan, this is it.

I truly do love Xeela. It’s helped me so much through my weight loss journey and it has helped me keep track of not only meals but it gives me a daily exercise plan so that I can keep up with a regimen. When working g through daily workouts, it focuses on specific circuits so you’re but over working yourself. You’re able to track calories and keep up with progress at your own pace while still having motivation to work harder. this app also gives to meal plans to follow so you can maintain a healthy calorie intake, I recommend Xeela to anyone whose trying to make a difference in their weight loss journey especially since it’s so affordable
I play a lot of sports, but I've always lacked in working out and eating right. I'm so excited to start my fitness journey with Xeela. It's super easy to use and makes a plan specifically for you. I'm happy I finally found an app to keep me in check and start getting more toned!

Best concept for an app, I really love the fact that I’m not going back and forth between apps to see a workout or count calories or reps. It’s all in one. It’s so user friendly that I’ve even have my mom using it, now she’s becoming a gym rat. I got a new favorite app and an a better bonding experience with her
Most fitness apps or plans out there only cater to people just starting to workout… the this app app has complex plans for people that get bored of the same old traditional beginner/intermediate exercises! Xeela interface is seamless and clean looking too which makes it much more user friendly! Great job all around.

Xeela has great potential, and is easy to follow.
What I’m hoping for is some updates soon though. Today is 3/12 and Xeela will only let me access the workout for the previous day (3/11). It’s been this way for a few days now at least… If they made it to where you can backtrack and access and preview all of the upcoming and past workouts then we wouldn’t have this issue (which I can confirm they are working on now)…
Lastly, I look forward to being able to swap certain exercises manually to work on different muscles specifically rather than the exercises recommended.
Overall, love Xeela BUT it’s not worth $25/month YET. You charge $25/month when Xeela is complete and Xeela is still in the building block stages…
So far using Xeela I love how it keeps track of your workouts, and has a plan for you day by day even with videos showing how to do the exercise. My favorite feature is how you can write down your weight and reps and it will keep track of it for you can progress you further with more weight. I haven’t taken a dive into the meal plan area yet but plan to very soon. Great app!!!
I’ve never found an app that gives me guidance on both exercise and nutrition until now. It’s easy to navigate, and the workout instructions are thorough being overwhelming.
Meal tracking feature is pretty cool! Feels much simpler than my fitness pal
Also it tells me what weight I should be lifting based on my performance previously with each exercise
