Every time I try and complete the instagram wrapped it says there is an instagram error. I have tried fully updating the app and my phone and also deleting and redownloading the app and I still have the same issue.

Every time I login it tries to generate my wrapped but it gives me an error and asks me to try again in a few minutes. It’s been an hour but it still doesn’t work

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wrapped app issues:

Force Stop the Wrapped App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wrapped app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wrapped to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wrapped App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wrapped app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Wrapped.

Fix Wrapped unable to contact server/ Wrapped internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Wrapped » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Wrapped » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wrapped on android.
