I want to cancel my Prime subscription ASAP.

I need to cancel my subscription Free Trial and cannot do this using the app or help center information. I need this done immediately and then confirmation from you that I am cancelled from Prime. Thankyou

The site says there are instructions to cancel Prime account but nothing appears and it is impossible to contact them using the chatbox or telephone, which will only respond where there is a booking reference. These guys are not operating fairly.

Disgusting service. I have asked how to cancel this, you have taken 2 payments of 59.99 gbp out of my account since October 2021. I will go to consumer rights

Opodo, when you are making a booking they ask you to make an account, then use your credit card information to charge you for an enhance subscription which you do not need, when they sent the Email, they do not give you the chance to decline, then after a month you find your credit card charged. will never use there services again, and I am advising every one not to use Opodo Now I am asking them for refund, lets see what is going to happened.

I have the same issue they took 81$ from my account called Opodo prime bercelona and I never did , I am asking for refund even I don’t know how to cancel this.

I’m 82 years old i booked a flight with you had my bank statement yesterday and you took £59 out of my account for something called prim which I did not want I don’t even know what it is I wish a refund and cancel it you had. I would like to make a refund for my flight on april 7, 2021. But unfortunately no booking reference was emailed to me upon payment of my booking.. my flight reference number is S6U2SE. Kindly assist me to be able to get the refund. Thank u very much
