Please don’t use this service and app. I’m not a bot as a lot of comments here. You never receive you money back if you canceled your flight. It’s already many months they are lie to me. By the email and by the online support. Every time they answered at the same questions all different. Last time they sent a confirmation that I will receive a refund in the next 7-10 working days. But today as before they said (3rd time already) we will ask a request. Again and again. And what I see. The status of my request as at the first day many months ago. From now I started company against them and asking to join who has the same problem. I know already enough of people with the same problem with this bad service. Also I collect enough information from them to prove that they are liars. Be careful take care. DONT USE THIS SERVICE AND APP.

My flight got cancelled, and I only found out by chance 12 hours ahead.
I was leaving from a quite remote rural area in Portugal, where getting to Lisbon airport is nothing that can be done on short notice. Although notifications were enabled, I received no notice or email whatsoever that my flight got cancelled. I will delete Opodo after writing this review, as I don’t plan on ever using their services again.

Cannot open the page of hotels after couple of times trying

Never use this service, they completely messed up my ticket and refused to refund me even after the airline denied me on to the flight due to this app not creating my ticket. Had to spend hours and days on hold to only speak with useless people who told us everything was fine and they don’t understand. As incompetent as it gets. Lost over 1k because of these morons!

Never told you your plan canceled or have problem. They need some more information never told you in Opodo . Your plan had canceled by them. They never send email to you. Information is not complete they can also give you conference number and said every thing completed. I alway check my app. My flight alway show in my trip, but my trip was canceled by them. This is very bad app.

I am so unlucky person to use this application , liars and faking customers and didn’t want to refund my cancellation although i have paid the cancellation for any reason fees.

I will keep posting my comment in everywhere to help people not using this application.

App won’t open on IPhone 11. I’m left writing a negative review for now because of this. Opodo support button only takes you to the main webpage.

The website is great but I need Opodo for travel. Please fix and I’ll adjust my review. I don’t like that this is the only option to inform support that this is an issue.

I downloaded this app and ones I bought ticket from Vienna to Rome after a week they took from my card 73 euro for this app prime without any notification that’s fine, I’d be happy if it was useful, but it’s un useful and more expensive this app prime is nowadays prices are more expensive than normal websites it’s so scam and they are making fan of people and they are robbers . I suggest to everyone if you ones bought ticket with this app prime then immediately sign out, otherwise you’ll pay extra money for nothing!

Edit: this happened months ago & I had no choice but to resolve this on my own. this app had a chance to help me but they didn’t. No way I’m emailing support.

I purchased tickets through this platform without an this app account and apparently that was a mistake b/c now the airline can’t find my ticket and I can’t see my booking with this app w/o creating an account. Horribly disappointing.

I sent emails and called them 8 times and no one answers to solve the problem ever! They literally made me pay for insurance to later change my flight then said I need to pay for it myself and then said oh sorry we can't find those dates and can't refund you!!!! Fraud!!!!!!

Prepare to be ripped off and have no way of contacting anyone at this app to fix it. They’ll take your money and you’ll be out of luck. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airline.

Stay away from this app. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

This is a useful app for those who are looking to find a deal for their adventures. But my country (the USA) doesn’t use euros, so it’d be confusing for me to decide which trips I can afford, unless I can convert Euros to US Dollars.

Beware! Beware! Worst travel experience in history. Flight got cancelled and this app couldn’t help at all. Claimed that they could only contact the airline to rebook during office hours. Which was completely useless at the start of a four day long weekend!
