2 years agoThe site says there are instructions to cancel Prime account but nothing appears and it is impossible to contact them using the chatbox or telephone, which will only respond where there is a booking reference. These guys are not operating fairly.

2 years agoOpodo, when you are making a booking they ask you to make an account, then use your credit card information to charge you for an enhance subscription which you do not need, when they sent the Email, they do not give you the chance to decline, then after a month you find your credit card charged. will never use there services again, and I am advising every one not to use Opodo Now I am asking them for refund, lets see what is going to happened.

Opodo service will cheat you
Please don’t use this service and app. I’m not a bot as a lot of comments here. You never receive you money back if you canceled your flight. It’s already many months they are lie to me. By the email and by the online support. Every time they answered at the same questions all different. Last time they sent a confirmation that I will receive a refund in the next 7-10 working days. But today as before they said (3rd time already) we will ask a request. Again and again. And what I see. The status of my request as at the first day many months ago. From now I started company against them and asking to join who has the same problem. I know already enough of people with the same problem with this bad service. Also I collect enough information from them to prove that they are liars. Be careful take care. DONT USE THIS SERVICE AND APP.

I downloaded Opodo and ones I bought ticket from Vienna to Rome after a week they took from my card 73 euro for Opodo prime without any notification that’s fine, I’d be happy if it was useful, but it’s un useful and more expensive Opodo prime is nowadays prices are more expensive than normal websites it’s so scam and they are making fan of people and they are robbers . I suggest to everyone if you ones bought ticket with Opodo prime then immediately sign out, otherwise you’ll pay extra money for nothing!

Useless App
My flight got cancelled, and I only found out by chance 12 hours ahead. I was leaving from a quite remote rural area in Portugal, where getting to Lisbon airport is nothing that can be done on short notice. Although notifications were enabled, I received no notice or email whatsoever that my flight got cancelled. I will delete this app after writing this review, as I don’t plan on ever using their services again.
