I have never had a more frustrating experience with a company than I’ve had with this app. This service is an absolute joke. The cars are unreliable, constantly breaking down or not starting at all, and when you need help, good luck getting through to customer service. Antonela, the representative I dealt with, was completely uninterested in actually solving my issue. It’s like they don’t care about their customers at all.
To make matters worse, this app has slashed their service areas, now only covering high-tourist zones and leaving locals without any options. So much for being a company that serves the community—they’ve made it clear they only care about tourists. They even brag about their $4.9 million in funding, yet they can't fix their app, their fleet of cars, or offer any sort of reliable service. It's honestly embarrassing.
Oh, and let’s not forget that they pay their workers terribly, (confirmed by thier indeed job postings and disgruntled employees that have shared this with me) which probably explains the lack of effort and terrible service. I was stuck in a car that wouldn’t unlock for *eight hours* overnight, and of course, customer service didn’t answer the phone. It was a nightmare.
I’m never using this app again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you enjoy wasting time, being stuck in a car that won’t unlock, and being ignored by customer service, then sure, give them a try. Otherwise, steer clear.
