Terrible app and service

Terrible app. Always crashes. They also have terrible rooms where they book you right next to busy restaurants. Literally right outside your window to where you can talk to patrons. And they play music at all times of the night. If you wanna contact a human, that’s almost impossible, you will get a chat bot thought. Only stay here if you want to subsidize for the service staff that your money would usually go to. It would be fine if they didn’t charge the high prices.
