Nightmare experience

I booked 3rooms in OYO hotel in Bijāpur, Karnataka, India (Oyo capital Meridian)for my parents and family. Booking was confirmed and everything was paid online. After my parents reaching the hotel they were told they won’t get rooms since we have paid it online. Then i talked to OYO customer service and they suggested me to move to different property (Oyo Basava Residency) and we accepted it. After my parents reached the other property, same issue here also. Here also property owner denied to give rooms. He asked us to pay the amount in the hotel and then we will get the rooms. Again they asked us the price 25% more than what we booked for. I called to customer service and they told they will refund the amount which I paid but it will take around 7 to 14 working days. Is this the experience you guys provide? I booked 3rooms for family and I was not traveling with them. Aged parents were waiting outside the hotel without getting the rooms. I spent one whole day talking with your customer service team. There is no way to talk to higher authorities. Even Though i booked the rooms and got confirmation I didn’t get rooms and now I need to wait for 7 to 14 days to get back my money. I lost my time & peace of mind. Who will bear this loss? I would like to thank Oyo for all this loss and nightmare experience. I’ll never again book any rooms through Oyo.

HUGE Disappointment

Booked a hotel room for July 4th in Branson. Unfortunately this app/company over booked rooms. I spent most of the day trying to find out where I was staying because they kept forwarding my reservation to a different hotel that also had no rooms. I was told someone from Costa Rica would call me to let me know what hotel I’d be staying at... I ended up calling back multiple times because no one called me! At 9pm on the night of check in I still have zero idea where I’d be staying. I was told wrong multi times & alot of time just trying to get through to someone (call center not in US). A 11:00pm a room was finally found for me BUT it would be an up charge.. are you kidding me?? I ended up wasting a whole day trying to figure out where my room was to not actually have one. Had to sleep in my car. Garbage service!! Will never use again.

Worst Oyo service ever seen

I would have given 0 review if I can. I booked a room for my family in India from US and it doesn’t even show up in my bookings list on oyo app. I tried calling Indian customer service to cancel the room for one day but was not able to reach them from USA. When I called the US customer service, they asked me to call Indian customer service. Worst service I have ever seen. I chatted with them a lot of times, and no one resolved my issue. If you guys are not able to cancel the bookings that are booked from USA, then you shouldn’t allow a user to book a room from other countries too.
