30 minutes to do a simple check in. Had to do a full KYC similar to what you’d have with a bank: ID scan, valid phone number, valid email etc. Also had to several times jump from the website to the app as either one or the other had a broken functionality on the user journey at some point.
This is ridiculous considering it usually takes less than 5 min at any hotel counter with a person behind it.
I didn’t see the room yet but I already know I won’t do this again.
