How to fix Fala app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fala app on iPhone
Update Fala app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fala iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fala on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fala network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fala Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fala not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fala App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fala » click [Force Stop]

Update Fala to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fala App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fala » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fala.

Fix Fala unable to contact server/ Fala internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fala » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fala » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fala
