How to fix GenAI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GenAI app on iPhone
Update GenAI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GenAI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GenAI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GenAI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GenAI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GenAI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GenAI App
1. On android, goto Settings » GenAI » click [Force Stop]

Update GenAI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GenAI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GenAI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GenAI.

Fix GenAI unable to contact server/ GenAI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GenAI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GenAI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GenAI
