App is slow and it hangs

So I just purchased the app yesterday. It is super slow, hangs up on the screen while generating the image and then I have to restart the app, fails to notify me when the picture is ready or it will spit out 1 or 2 images instead of all 4 variations of what you had requested. It is way off from the text what you input and what it generates. Mind you I am a Pro customer and I paid a yearly fee. I am calling Apple and seeing if I can get my money back. Very disappointed with this app. I had high hopes!
Blocks way to much

Blocks the simplest things like it’s hard core porn instead of just an artsy setting can’t create fantasy lands because the characters somehow get treated as if they’re porn content. Not worth spending money on to have it all blocked

I have been blocked from my own account with zero reason . I have the pro version and have read all rules and all the fine print and have done nothing to even deserve a block . This is truly a sad thing just to login and it says blocked !! Now I get it if I had been told I had done something wrong but zero warning bc I have done nothing wrong . Nothing !! And zero email response from support . This must be a normal thing for this app tho bc they even have a “blocked user “ section in app !! I even tried that avenue but it went blank each time I tried . Just know this b4 using this app or subscribing to the pro version.!! You can be blocked for no reason with no warning or no answer to why ??? U have been warned !! That is a lot of money to be blocked !!
