Sorry to say but can’t connect to my router after 3 days of trying. Can’t find my device.
RE1200 wifi extender doesn't show up in Cudy even with the latest firmware. Further, my wifi extender never shows a 5ghz wifi. Only shows 2.4ghz network no matter what I do.

Doesn't Support or show this app WR1200
Stuck in the device password screen. It shows me the following message after putting my password:
“The internet connection appears to be offline.”
Then I tried from android and it worked just fine. Devs, please, do not push unfinished products on Cudy store!
I like my this app AC1200, but the lack of documentation made learning how to use it time consuming (I wasted hours and hours). Cudy is similar. There is no help feature to explain what routers are supported, what is a cloud account, and describing any other features. Some robust documentation and a help feature on Cudy would make this a product I would recommend, but as it is… I found Cudy disappointing.
Doesn’t appear to support RE1200 even after firmware update, and latest firmware update for CudyTech LT500D required to use this application also introduces many critical bugs to the LT500D.
Quality time needs to be spent fixing the firmware’s on the CudyTech LT500, LT500D, and RE1200 before they continue working on this application.
Also would be really helpful if they added a diagnostics function that was worth using!
New features in the updated version. However, it still lacks some important functions like setting 2.4G or 5.0 G preferences by dvice, data usage by devices, QOS limit at less than 1 mbps etc
Can’t find any option to see or send SMS.
Cudy is working well so far, but a few improvements are needed:
1. Device-specific bandwidth and limits: While the dashboard shows overall bandwidth usage, it is necessary to display the bandwidth consumed by each client individually. Additionally, there should be an option to set bandwidth consumption limits for each device.
2. Control over all clients: My mesh system includes a repeater, which appears as a client itself. However, the devices connected to the repeater are not recognized as individual clients, even though they receive IPs from the mesh system. This issue needs to be addressed.
3. VPN: Cudy currently lacks VPN settings. This feature should be added, along with a quick on/off toggle similar to the LED control.
4. Signal strength: The signal strength of all connected clients, especially for the spare mesh router, should be displayed. This information is essential for properly placing and orienting the router.
As an starter, Cudy is pretty cool and functional with my this app M1800. But it requires so much of enhancements. Dashboard should contain more relevant information. Tips, Help should be added for the users to understand the technical terms and troubleshooting. UX can play a big role here. I believe, team will take good care of this beautiful product.
Please add support chat, community and email on app. Also add an option like check for update.
On the other hand improve the range, I noticed after recent update I am feeling wifi range is reduced a bit(M1800 v2). TIA.
Thanks for adding the internet speed meter to Cudy . However, I believe it’s buggy because Cudy 's internet speed does not match that of the website version.
