I have had this printer for a year and it has been nothing but a headace! I have inserted new cartridges, color and black. I can copy a color page just fine.

However, when I try to print a color document for my Mac the HP Smart App will not let me select a color print.

I have been trying to get help from the totally clueless Virtual Assistant but that has proved futile.

I don't know what else to do but burn it and go buy a printer from a company that actually supports their products.

By the way, I worked for HP and it's spin.-off Agilent Technologies for 2 years. I wa alway proud of the products we made and marketed. I feel sorry for any HP employee today.

iPrint description alludes to the ability to scan from your printer. It doesn’t. In fact, you scan from your phone or tablet, for the low price of $9.99 a month. A function that DropBox does FOR FREE. Avoid.

iPrint needs significant improvements. First, the setup process is unnecessarily complicated—requiring one QR code to download it on my computer and another to install it on my phone. After finally opening iPrint , I had to go through several ‘benefits’ screens. When I tried to move forward by clicking ‘Next,’ a rating prompt interrupted the process. After dismissing it, iPrint wouldn’t let me proceed past the ‘Next’ button, no matter how many times I tried. All I wanted was to scan a picture, but iPrint made it frustrating and time-consuming. I was so disappointed that I deleted it. Please simplify the setup and fix the issue with the unresponsive ‘Next’ button.

nothing bnut trouble

Aggrivating printer. all I want is for it to work. I get an "E" indication but I dont know what the Error is. I'm trying to print a black only document, apparently the color cartridge is low on Ink, Im trying to print an only black document, no color at all and it wont do anything. I need this right now. This is my last HP printer ever!

lengthy and frustrating setup

scan features not very clear, concerned about purchase as a result. not sure if i can scan because i dont see a scan button in advertising

I have been using for week, it's smooth, iPrint can print any long page pdf, I've used apps that accepts only limited page pdf , iPrint amazing.
