App and browser saying I'm not registered for VMX. Happened while at event but started working again. Just happened again at home when tried to log into do virtual. Not coming back this time.

How to fix NAVC Events app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NAVC Events app on iPhone
Update NAVC Events app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NAVC Events iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NAVC Events on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NAVC Events network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NAVC Events Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NAVC Events not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NAVC Events App
1. On android, goto Settings » NAVC Events » click [Force Stop]

Update NAVC Events to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NAVC Events App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NAVC Events » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NAVC Events.

Fix NAVC Events unable to contact server/ NAVC Events internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NAVC Events » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NAVC Events » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NAVC Events
