App very glitchy, takes forever to load. Unable to access schedule and program guide

It keeps making me try to register when I’m logged in. It’s not showing my CE and one of my classes didn’t scan and I can’t find where to add it. The old VMX app was user friendly and so much better

I registered for the VMX event but it will not let me get on the live broadcast of classes. My account had to be reset once already through the info desk at VMX and I’m upset about missing several lectures that I should have had access to on the live broadcast.

Terrible. App keeps saying I’m not registered when I am. When prompted to “join” takes me to my pre-filled out registration form.

App tells me I’m not a registered user and will not let me view content. I registered and paid months prior. As a first timer to VMX I’m very disappointed.

I am trying to add lectures to my calendar and keep getting a message saying I am not registered. I am registered.

I keep trying to select lectures and it says I need to register. I AM REGISTERED.

So far totally unimpressed. Where is the schedule and why exclude earlier version of android, do you get kickback for purchases or just unable to do the work, sorry, that was mean. I’d erase but you asked what I thought

Does not allow me to log in. Parked for two days before the conference and now again I can’t log in as it says I am not registered. Been registered for month. No way to access my schedule I had created. Beyond frustrated

Extremely difficult to use. Not user friendly at all. Miss the old App platform.

Every morning, and sometimes in the afternoon, I have to delete NAVCEvents , reinstall, to have access to my sessions. Day 4 of this and I’m frustrated. Last year I didn’t have this problem. And the IT support from the web designer and VMX was non-existent.

Everything I need to know or have questions about are not included. There should be a FAQ section! How about a map of the conference ? How about the map of the bus routes? A listing of the Food available for someone with food allergies I would like to know ahead of time where or what I can eat there. Looking through the classes is extremely difficult as they are displayed. Why can’t they list them as they are on the NAVC website . I like that you can make your own schedule but I guess I’d rather have maps to where I’m going and how to get there.

I do like the ease of watching live sessions, but the scheduling and agenda functions are not as user friendly and easy to use as previous years. Also, logging in is a toss up whether or not I can see my schedule or not.

It is very difficult to find log ins and change purchases.

Needs a better map. Overall useful for navigating the conference and picking CE.

NAVCEvents will not enable you to filter session by time (ie see all the available sessions at a given time a lot). I also wish it had the ability to count/total your CE hours once sessions were added to your schedule to allow better management of the CE hours you could obtain by attending those sessions.

Did not like breakfast so late. Free coffee not provided. Did not receive notebook and paper in our Hive bag-had to borrow from someone-never been to conference where didn’t get that! Not enough vendors. Puppy thing was cute, but what about cat people?! Did not have descriptions of classes until first day; hard to plan ahead of time if not sure what class is about.
The social night was fun and with good food too.
All food was great!

I feel that NAVCEvents could be improved with all of the maps of each venue that are in the main program. Also, if the ce events were listed in page form like the program it would be much more user friendly and I might not have needed the paper program guide. Otherwise NAVCEvents was pretty helpful.

Each time I logged back in due to the virtual difficulties, the time calender reverted to
Florida time and not the previously chosen PST.
It would be helpful to put the “ time conversion “ option in “settings”
As that is where I looked for it but could not find it.

I can never find my selected session without rebooting NAVCEvents … pretty annoying!

I love the quality of the speakers, the expo hall, the sponsors, and the water in the hallways. I enjoyed the librela get moving challenge, the kitten lounge, the rest lounges, and Dan Levy!

I loved the blue color of the bags last year:) bag pick up went much better this year! Would love a bright color bag option- purple, pink, red,

I enjoy the range of topics provided. I wish I could attend multiple sessions at the time. It’s hard to choose between the courses

Finally!! We have our own CE event. It is so nice to be the focus of this event instead of feeling like an afterthought at the big DVM conferences. It’s amazing to learn from our peers.

Works well, no major glitches and most everything is easily accessible!! A connection to the class notes (if purchased) would be awesome.
