I bought the product, stop trying to steal from your customers with obnoxious monthly fee money grabs in the form of a trash remote app. When companies act this way they lose future customers, this is just bad business practice by a company more interested in this year’s bottom line than long term success. Don’t expect me to buy LG for my next appliance purchases.

This is crazy. My LG magic remote does not work. There is no way to program any other remote to the tv either. So I tried this app. You can’t click a button without it in your face about purchases. My tv is useless now. I can’t use it because the remote doesn’t work and I can’t program a remote to it. I’m not paying per month to use a slow tv. LG, step up your game.
