I bought the product, stop trying to steal from your customers with obnoxious monthly fee money grabs in the form of a trash remote app. When companies act this way they lose future customers, this is just bad business practice by a company more interested in this year’s bottom line than long term success. Don’t expect me to buy LG for my next appliance purchases.

This is crazy. My LG magic remote does not work. There is no way to program any other remote to the tv either. So I tried LGTVRemoteControlSmartTVs. You can’t click a button without it in your face about purchases. My tv is useless now. I can’t use it because the remote doesn’t work and I can’t program a remote to it. I’m not paying per month to use a slow tv. LG, step up your game.

You can buy a remote on the internet for less than this costs a month
Just buy the actual one bc even if it gets lost after like 3 months it’s still less to buy two than to be paying 4 dollars a month for it

Why in God's name am I paying for a remote app MONTHLY?? You can't even test LGTVRemoteControlSmartTVs to see if you like it enough to pay the stupid subscription. Throw some banner ads on there or charge a reasonable one time fee, or charge for premium features. $9 a month is absurd

The product did not work for my television, which was not Wi-Fi connected, which is the reason I needed the LG remote in the first place! There is no place to find a refund. I used it for 10 minutes. Please refund and I will retract this review.

Can’t use a single function without having to “upgrade to access premium features.”

i got scammed by their false advertisement thinking it will just charge me the monthly fee but i got charged for THE WHOLE YEAR which costs 39.99. AFTER I FOUND OUT IM BEING CHARGED 39.99 I UNSUBSCRIBED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DELETED LGTVRemoteControlSmartTVs AND DONT EVEN USE IT.

I subscribed for what I thought was 3.99 a month as it showed In app then I go to subscriptions on my settings and that is not even a plan option but was show on LGTVRemoteControlSmartTVs and was charged 39.99 I canceled my subscription same day and I am fighting to get my refund back

App didn’t work for my LG tv and then I get charged $42.79 for an app that doesn’t work for my TV. Apple denied me a refund and I can’t get ahold of the developer. You are better off just buying a universal remote.
