used to be a great app, now they took away almost every feature, not paying $6 to use 10 filters.

Depending on which screen you subscribe to, you may be subscribing without the 3 day free trial. Once I reported this issue, their responsive support went quiet and never heard from them afterwards!

when i downloaded SuperlookAI it said "start 3 day free trial" then when i confirm and start my free trial SuperlookAI charges me $41 to my account and wont give me a refund

It does not render good and is poor quality

SuperlookAI potentially can also expose children nudity please fix that and be more responsible for what the AI can do.

It doesn't work, it leaves a huge watermark and also the three-day free trial doesn't work

Seriously one of the worst AI is ever I’ve ever used. I’m every single picture it makes the head of the person looks so large and the body so skinny. I don’t understand why every picture I use the person becomes a bobble head. I am not particularly fat but I am not particularly skinny, in the pictures I used of myself it makes me look extremely bizarre like some sort of Korean beauty standard. I would not even consider spending a couple cents on SuperlookAI because of the low quality. Just use photoshop’s generative fill, it’s far more effective and it actually works. When I’m saying worst AI this AI barely even knows how to make attractive clothes, let alone knows how to make a realistic picture. Terrible app 🤣😂

It used to work perfectly but now it won’t work. Everytime I try to make a photo it says something went wrong

I don’t use SuperlookAI anymore because they used to be a limited version but now the version is all subscriptions so basically paid to use SuperlookAI . It’s a waste of time and money.

This used to be SO GOOD!! It used to make your pictures look so real and authentic with the help of AI. But recent product updates have made SuperlookAI absolutely trash!! I think your team tried to make the AI make the images extremely out of the box and it has ruined the authenticity and realness what the older original version of SuperlookAI used to bring.

I have examples of how my photos used to look before when I started using SuperlookAI a 6-7 months back compared to now. And the difference is miserable! My photos were SO GOOD back then and now it just looks like it’s absolutely edited and AI trash. Earlier they looked real and authentic.

Product team definitely needs some changing and testing needed before they make such trash updated and ruin customer experience. Please bring back the original app when you first released SuperlookAI. Kind request from a loyal customer.

I realized during the trial that SuperlookAI was suited more for a younger person. It was not as I expected so I cancelled. They still charged me $60 for a yearly subscription. I would never subscribe to anything for a year and I didn’t even want this. I’m on a fixed income and would not refund. Appealed 2x. Beware. As for SuperlookAI I couldn’t tell you if it’s good or bad.wasn’t what I was looking for and I did cancel right away.

It wont let me see the picture i want fully

I really like SuperlookAI but the eraser button does not work at all.

Everytime you create a picture it stretches people out starting at the forehead usually witch gives a really weird look

The idea of this is really cool. But as a Model and Photographer, photo quality means everything. I tested it out on multiple different photos, from professional to cell phone. It destroyed the quality of the photo every time.

I like SuperlookAI and all, but it’s not that great because when somebody is a little bit on the chubby side and the AI app makes you look skinnier with certain outfits that SuperlookAI adds to your body, the legs are crossed the opposite direction and it looks weird. At least I tried SuperlookAI for a 3 day trial and I had a little fun with it so yea.

I really like the concept of SuperlookAI. So far I have at least 5 pics from using it that I would even post on my socials. The color options are plenty. I do not like the categories. Some of them are just arbitrary. Also I do not like the body edits. I am very comfortable with my body I dont need an app to spit out an image of me that I would never even want to look like. I don't want to look like a pencil. And women with abs looks weird to me I do not want to see myself with abs and muscles sticking out of my middriff. I think there should be an option for how little or how much you want to see body image changes. If SuperlookAI is for outfit changes why is my body being adjusted as well? This is misleading. I may not go foward with purchasing due to this glaring flaw. Also some of the body image changes look very highly shopped and would be impossible for me to use any where else then to laugh at it with my daughter. I've carried and pushed out 2 children. Ive had my uterus and stomach streched out for 18 months in total. I'm perfectly fine with the idea that I may never have a 'perfect body'. I can still get any man I want. Therefore, I don't need a so-called computer generated app sugguesting to me how my body should look while sugguesting outfits. Its a bit over the top. Other then this major red flag I find SuperlookAI exciting and useful. Especially if you are into fashion, its given me several outfit ideas in the span of just 24 hours. I do however find the 40 dollar yearly fee mildly questionable as well.

Can’t use free version of app after using free trial. Are you able to fix this?

The application is surprisingly more powerful than they describe! I was ready to pay $150 per year without any hesitation just after 2 days of use! Even the upscaling feature on processed images is awesome!

Devs! I use a ton of different image editing and processing applications! If you have any beta features I’d love to be part of that pilot! Please never change the prompts or algorithms! Huge fan!
