I have tried registering the new app for the last 3 days. When it comes to the selfie part, the app gives error of poor lighting. I have tried every bit of instructions like white background open all lights in the room, then went outside in direct sunlight, tried all angles, but the error stays on the screen like the app is non functional. Tried switching camera permission on and of several rimes but no use. I don’t understand as to why banks like them thinks that people have time to waste and so to get them on pathetic apps like this.

The worst signup experience. I stood in the sunlight at 12PM to capture the picture required for opening the digital account and it kept saying poor lighting conditions. I don’t know why they make the digital account opening so hard it’s impossible to open an account with this pathetic app and third class user experience.
It looks like someone from 90s designed the app interface and than forgot to update it after that.

Keeps on giving error SC mobile key registration unsuccessful. Not working even after reinstalling app. Looks like some security related changes had been made and rolled those out to user without first testing those! Website also not login in as it seems it is tied up to this new mobile key thing which is not working. Hire some QA guys to do testing before you roll out updates. My account is completely inaccessible now.
