I have to log in every time the app launches, for most things needed, the app cannot do and it redirects you to the website and you have to enter login information again.

I’ve stopped using it and going straight to the website because the app saves me no time and is less convenient at this point.

Can’t login, nor solve of support tickets

Tried several times to login unsuccessfully form various devices and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, send a support ticket they came back saying just to read FAQ section… no help at all, also giving me issues with billing at hospital !!

I’m using the same login as the regular choc portal which it advised works. But it attempts to login and goes back to the sign in page. It also doesn’t work on the website. And clicking try now it just spins and never redirects. Just says “wait”
