Cannot remain logged in. Trying to use MyCHOC results in a login loop and prevents usage of any functionality.
I have to log in every time MyCHOC launches, for most things needed, MyCHOC cannot do and it redirects you to the website and you have to enter login information again.
I’ve stopped using it and going straight to the website because MyCHOC saves me no time and is less convenient at this point.
Tried several times to login unsuccessfully form various devices and uninstalling and reinstalling MyCHOC , send a support ticket they came back saying just to read FAQ section… no help at all, also giving me issues with billing at hospital !!
I’m using the same login as the regular choc portal which it advised works. But it attempts to login and goes back to the sign in page. It also doesn’t work on the website. And clicking try now it just spins and never redirects. Just says “wait”
I have tried mulitple times to login on Mac and iPhone and either get a blank page with "Wait" that never goes away (Mac) or am constatnly redirected to the login screen once I enter my login credentials (iPhone). Their old app CHOCLink worked better but even that wasn't great
Glitches, kicks me off MyCHOC . Wish it was more clean like MyChart .
