They charge you extra $1600 MX for checking in your carry-on unexpectedly. And charge you for a ticket months in advance to tell you minutes before the flight that there are “no seats available.” My friends had to pay an additional $500 for a ticket they had already bought! Te cobran extra $1,600 MX por documentar tu equipaje. Y luego te dicen minutos antes de tu vuelo que no tienen asientos cuando bien que se cobraron hace meses. A mis amigos les cobraron $500 por un boleto que ya habían comprado!
I missed my flight because of the app

The app showed the wrong boarding time since they rebooked me on a new flight from my original. I missed my flight and they only give me the option to buy a new flight at the airport. I have never dealt with such airline stress from an app nor has it cost me $600 before. I am so angry. Maybe don’t fly this airline ever.
