I recorded an hour long interview and the app says that it is saving recording. It has been on that for 30 minutes and is at 0%. What can I do. I have not closed the app. I really need that recorded interview.
An important meeting was recorded but the status says saving recording and 0% since last night. HELP. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, force stopped, restarted, cleared cache and nothing is working this time.
I did not need to enter into this subscription, please issue a refund ASAP, this is too expensive for me and I didn’t have enough time to try it. The little I tried did not work out. I need a refund please. Thank you Mary Hudson
Waste of money and time

What more can be said. This is a mediocre app for general recording but try to record a call and be prepared for a host of frustration. Even the summaries are lacking any clarity and doesn’t capture the key points. ChatGPT does a far better job. I wouldn’t wast your time with this app until the developer can provide a complete app and better support. I tried everything to trouble shoot but only added to increased frustration. The reviews are clearly fake if people find it that great.
Cannot copy paste with latest update

I used to be able to copy a number from my Mac and paste it in the wave app on my iPhone. Now when I go to paste, it brings up a second keypad (which is redundant and pointless). This second keypad covers the call button, and no matter what I do I cannot make the second keypad go away. So I am forced to close the app, open it again and dial the number manually. This is less efficient than the previous version.

Sad!! Sounds like a great app but only providing three ways to set up an account and not accommodating emails for new accounts is so prohibitive. I then tried to create an account with a Google account and it pushed me to use a passkey which I didn’t have set up so I ended up in this never ending loop. Finally crashed out and attempted to email app support but the link to app support requires an account to access. MAJOR FAIL!!!
