They do not care about you!

I have had Ziply fiber service since the 9th of September, there has not been a day that goes by without my service being dropped. I have had every piece of equipment replaced with brand new, from modem, router, to extenders. Yet I still have the same issue as day 1. I have called Ziply over 15 times since having service and nothing is working. They do not send appointment emails, texts, or calls. I am currently on the phone being bounced from department to department no managers can or will pick up the phone. I will go as far to say that Xfinity is better than this horrid provider because at least my WiFi will never drop just become more expensive. Ziply looked like a great company from the surface but they’re just as greedy as Xfinity and do not care for their customers. If my issue gets resolved I will update this review. If this stays at 1 star it means they never cared to fix my problem and I have since left this abysmal service provider. DO NOT GET ZIPLY FIBER

Zero stars

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. I feel like I have to jump through hoops every time I pay my bill. You’d think for an internet service they’d have someone building an app that wasn’t ridiculously unfriendly for their customers. I’ve had ZiplyFiber for several years and every few months they change it. It’s never a good change. Just another waste of time trying to figure out how to pay my bill. I’ve been trying to pay it for 3 days. It leading me in circles and asking me to link my account number. I have paperless so don’t know my account number. I tried the “chat”. Someone said hello and told me their name. I replied that I wasn’t able to pay my bill and needed my account number. An hour later, and still no reply. I can pay by phone for $3.50. That’s ridiculous when I have an app specifically for paying my bill.

How many 1 stars does it take to fix an app?

Month after month of customers being disappointed is just negligence at this point. Clearly nobody cares.

App doesn’t load most of the content

Most of the content just constantly shows that it’s trying to refresh and doesn’t load.

Doesn’t Work

Over the last few months I have had many problems with ZiplyFiber: can’t log in, can’t pay bill, duplicate payments showing, says I owe multiple months when I don’t. Nothing but a headache.

Internet service has been great, the App, completely useless

Since switching to the Ziply app, it has been completely unusable, won’t even load. I have to login to a PC to pay the bill. It’s been a year and ZiplyFiber has not improved at all.

Worthless

Worthless app. Off and on, for many months, I have tried several times to link my account when it asks me to, entering my account number and my pin. It always tells me to try again later. My only access is going to their website.

Ziply custom service is garbage 0 stars

They will not set up in my area that’s in the middle of town. No reason given other then “we don’t have a set up date and don’t plan to make one any time soon.” Even if I offer to pay the install fee… Xfinity is expensive but you pay for quality I suppose

Ziply fiber is fine, the app doesn’t load at all

I’ve been a customer for over 3 years now, and I have no problems with my ziply fiber internet itself, but ZiplyFiber is complete garbage. I literally could never get my information to load and end up having to log in via their website on my computer.

Cannot login

App barely works, and when it does it takes forever to load anything.

Recently, I haven't been able to access my account via ZiplyFiber , nor does it give any notifications even while I have the notification on for ZiplyFiber.

ZiplyFiber needs so much work and the prices are not competitive or even worthwhile, after your promotion is over.

Bill & app

After I make a payment, I still get a notification that I didn’t pay my bill. It looks like I get billed twice a month. I have to call in frequently to make sure the bill has been paid once. ZiplyFiber says that I need to update to the newest version, but it will not allow me to update to the latest version. For an internet company, ZiplyFiber is kind of horrendous.

Useless app

I tried downloading ZiplyFiber because the View PDF link on Ziply’s billing website just returns an “Access Error message”, and I hoped maybe their app would work a little better. Turns out ZiplyFiber works even less than the website, and just displays a blank loading screen even after opening and closing ZiplyFiber a few times. I guess we don’t get copies of the bills anymore.

The Worst Telephone Company

Ziply Fiber moved into the Gresham, Oregon area about 4 1/2 years ago. They changed the copper wiring to optical fiber. I retired from AT&T in 1994 and, as a retiree, I was allowed to phone England for 10 cents a minute. Ziply Fiber took away my retirement present as I couldn’t reach go through AT&T on their lines.

I called numerous time to ask how to listen to my messages while away from home. They gave me several number to dial to listen to my message but none worked. I haven’t been able to retrieve
my messages since Ziply Fiber took over. I use my cell phone as my main number but I can’t disconnect the house phone because of the
alarm monitoring.

I phoned them today about the useless phone service so a technician will be here tomorrow. I was told there may be a charge! Unbelievable!!🤬

Not Encouraging

We switched to Ziply because frankly Xfinity customer service is horrible. It’s fiber so I expected ZERO connectivity issues. Maybe that wasn’t realistic. Constantly dropping the signal is getting old quickly. Went to download ZiplyFiber to facilitate trouble shooting as today the connection is worse than ever and am not encouraged as I read through the reviews. I’m experiencing the same issues as others and it looks like ZiplyFiber is only good for making payments if that! We were told by the rep ZiplyFiber had the same functionalities as Xfinity. Feeling scammed!

Available irritating!!

ZiplyFiber is pretty useless, but at least I could pay my bill thru it… until now! It won’t let me log in no matter what I do, it just says “unknown error occurred”. I can’t login to their site either, every time I try it tells me I have to change my password, but the recovery email never got updated from my husband’s (who passed way in 2022 and I don’t have access to it anymore) even tho I’ve updated it with them TWICE. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for the last 2 weeks, but I really REALLY don’t want to call to do it over the phone, I have terrible anxiety & a panic disorder, when talking to customer service people it’s always a mess, I can never understand them or they don’t understand me, I have to repeat myself 100 times and in the end my problem never gets fixed, so it’s extremely frustrating.

This app doesn’t work anymore. Not sure what happened

I link my account in ZiplyFiber but it keeps wiping it out and I can’t access anything anymore. Horrible!

Long Awaited App

Thank you for creating such a friendly application for your services; it has completely amazed me in user friendliness and simple navigation.
The one thing I will mention is the fact that ZiplyFiber ’s orientation only allows for vertical view; adding a horizontal view would benefit me as an avid iPad user with a keyboard accessory, but overall still 5 stars for a beta to impress me this well~!
