I want to restore on my smart watch the movement of the wrist to turn on the screen. It just stopped doing it and I have to push the button every time
App goes unresponsive. I have Samsung Galaxy A71 5G. OS wants to put the app to sleep because it becomes unresponsive every time I open it. It gets some data from my watch, but then I can't inspect the data. This has happened for maybe 4 months.
Trying to display the correct time on this GloryFit Pro watch but no luck. Pairing does not work. Required to speak to real person to help solve this problem. (903-363-3913) Should I not be able to contact a living person please provide information listing the steps to return this watch
I purchased my glory fit smart watch from Amazon Canada April 10th. It has completely stopped counting steps. Have tried rebooting and no luck. It never kept good track but now...nothing
my watch face stopped displaying anything on the second day after lines began appearing across the top of the display. Still collects data, which can only be viewed on my iPhone. I tried multiple times to download the app on my desktop. After about 10 tries, I got an install link that does not work. There are listings on the WEB that the watch can be reset, but none work. Can you send me a new watch or contact me with the way to reset. Originally, i liked the watch, but am now VERY unhappy

Bought this watch, paid for two day shipping. Took two weeks. They did refund the shipping cost. Promised a free 30 dollar gift. Got a cheap lanyard that was stuffed in the box and cut in half when I opened the box. Watch lasted three months. Stopped sinking, tried to reconnect no luck. Deleted the app and reinstalled, had to create an account all over again. Wouldn’t recognize my password, had to reset. Kept sending me messages in Chinese. Finally got logged in through Apple ( not even sure how). Still won’t connect. Reset the watch completely, lost all data. Still won’t connect. Useless waste of money. As a watch it keeps time. Even when it worked I had to resync sometime 8 times a day so I’d get notifications. Just don’t event bother. Pay the money, get an Apple Watch and be done with it. The whole experience has been nothing but frustration. I’ll give them the opportunity to give me my money back but I’m not holding my breath on even a warranty replacement, I’m sure it’s customer abuse or some such thing, even though I didn’t drive a truck over it or hit with hammers.
