Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Alice app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Alice app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Alice app on iPhone
Update Alice app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Alice iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Alice on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Alice network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Alice app issues:

Force Stop the Alice App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Alice app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Alice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Alice App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Alice app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Alice.

Fix Alice unable to contact server/ Alice internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Alice » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Alice » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Alice on android.
