The transition from Gessler to BayCare has not been the smoothest but I've been patient with the process since something’s just take time. But it’s been months now and the transition from the fully functional Follow My Health app to this glitchy BayCare app is still terrible and it’s only getting worse. Before, I could log into Follow My Health with Face ID but it’s not available with the BayCare app. I don’t even use the BayCare app now, since I have to go online to the website. Which brings me to my other complaint, I wish you would make it where we can set up appointments online with BayCareApp , which is also something I miss having with the Follow My Health app. If you’re going to take away something that’s fully functioning, maybe make sure that what you replace it with is also fully functioning.
All of the BayCare apps are poor. I have been spending a good hour with them and a lot of frustration. Many problems. (1) for 2FA I selected the combo that included a PIN, but it would not let me get past the Touch-ID stage. (2) while trying to sign in, I accidentally selected my spouse account. Used the BACK function and the main login page got stuck in a spinning wheel status. Tried everything (close app, power off-on, re-install app) but always get a spinning wheel status at login
Logged in successfully last night. Worked fine. Btw it’s as basic as it could be from a user perspective but gave me the results I wanted. Today I tried logging in and it had some unspecified profile in there and I clicked to get that to go away and now the thing doesn’t even allow me to log in. Useless.
I also can no longer use BayCareApp to send or read messages which is what I used my app for most frequently! Very frustrating and disappointing. At least my doctor is great!
It worked from BayCareApp a few days ago but now its not loading the option to log in for current patients.
BayCareApp is pointless. I downloaded it to communicate with my dr through messaging and there’s no way to nor can you schedule appointments or check availability….very pointless app for patients
This is the worst update ever. The other one had everything we needed. You’d better get with your developers and get to work.
I’m very disappointed with BayCareApp. It’s clumsy and most importantly is incomplete. I am unable to send my doctor a message. This is a major inconvenience. I’m annoyed.
Who thought it was good to not have a messaging feature on BayCareApp ??!!
Note to Baycare: Please switch to MyChart as soon as possible. The Baycare app is way behind in functionality.
