How to fix Mlem app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mlem app on iPhone
Update Mlem app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mlem iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mlem on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mlem network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mlem app issues:

Force Stop the Mlem App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mlem app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mlem to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mlem App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mlem app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mlem.

Fix Mlem unable to contact server/ Mlem internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mlem » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Mlem » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mlem on android.
