I updated TheHart with Face ID access. When it opens it says my account isn’t linked TheHart and sends me to the website where I have to log in again. Basically useless

Ever since downloading the new app, I can’t get into it. When I open it up, it just sits there with the logo on screen and never does anything else. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the thing 4 times now. Still nothing. But then, reading all the reviews I might be glad it ISN’T opening. The old app was fine. Why go change things? If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it!

Never have I used an app with so many glitches. Whoever is there developer should be fired immediately. I’ve been with Hartford for many, many years and their app has always had issues. It’s not that difficult guys!

I just paid all of my policies in full for the year, was working and showing then, now nothing, what gives, and this is the nee app I am referring to

As you can see from previous reviews, TheHart that used to work perfectly, is now impossible to access. I try every couple of days, I get a message I t’s being worked on. Try again, get a message of a multitude of different reasons it won’t work. I can’t make payments!

The new update is useless. I have to view policies and make payments through a google search.
This has been going on since November.

All I get is an acknowledgement of my name and a statement telling me I have no current policies to view.

I see some people say they were directed to use the web.
I didn’t even get that.
I figured it out on my own in a desperate attempt to see if I still had active policies after I couldn’t make a payment.
I was in tears…

I’m even having trouble leaving this review. The submit button wouldn’t work. This is attempt # 3.

I was invited to install an all-new version and remove the old one. Instead of being new and improved, the new one is just a stripped-out shell that refers everything to the web site. The only thing it does is collect data from the mobile device for the company’s advantage… no advantage to the user, sadly.

The old app let you pay your insurance premiums and try to trick you into paperless billing and documents. The new app does NOT even show your account, it just states some accounts don’t link. The Face ID is great, but if you don’t have access to your account, it’s totally useless. Access to my account so I can pay the premium and have digital proof of insurance is not too much to ask for considering it is available from all other insurance companies other than Hartford. When my spouse’s car wreck goes off our record in 4 months I will be changing my insurance company to one that is able to keep up with current technology.

After registering my account and coming back to the application later in the day, I was prompted to login. When I put my cursor in the email, the keyboard flashes and disappears. I’ve tried multiple times and get the same issue. There is currently no way for me to see my policies or auto insurance coverage.

The new version of TheHart is useless. You have no option of using the previous version. "Some linked accounts aren't visible in TheHart now". What do I need TheHart for then? That's literally the only reason to have it. The website isn't any better if you want to get your ID cards. The link doesn't work and it tells you that you must turn off your pop-up blocker. I'm on my phone... Not to mention it didn't have any problem opening any other links in a different window, only the one I needed as I'm standing in line at the state inspection shop and the man is waiting for me to bring up my ID cards.

I’m not too fond of TheHart. It doesn’t capture exactly whats happening when driving. Yes sometimes you have to break a bit harder because of other drivers and per this truelane app it’s your wrongdoing. And now my premium goes up. I haven’t had any accidents but they don’t count that as a good thing i guess.

The newly updated is great in that you can easily see your vehicle coverages and have a digital ID card. The drawback, is you cannot see your liability limits or access documents without having to open up the web version and sign in again. Overall, TheHart was better prior, without needing to log in more than once depending on your need.

I’ve been with the Hartford for around 4 years now, my payment has gone UP MULTIPLE times now for literally no reason. I’ve never in my life had an accident I was at fault and my last accident period was years ago. My last ticket was over ten years ago . I am in my mid 30s in age and do not drive a sports car. This does not make sense to me and there is never any reason they can give me as to why it has gone up just that “it’s all correct”. …

TheHart would not recognize the VIN # if the new car I was trying to add, and Hartford would not talk to me regarding the problem, stating only that I had to contact my agent directly. Counter productive, and increasing the time needed to complete.

Why do I keep signing up for auto-pay and I keep getting cancelation amails for not making payments

I am so happy a new app was released! This one is so much easier to use, I can pay my bill, get my ID cards and put it in my Apple wallet and also uses faceID!!! Love it!

The Hartford Insurance app is super easy to use! The Face ID login makes it quick and secure. I can view my policy details, file claims, and share documents with just a few taps. It’s simple, clear, and saves me so much time. Highly recommend!

Someone broke into my car and shattered three of the windows. It was so easy when I call The Hartford. Everyone was so nice. They assured me that it would be done and it there was some problems with getting a glass out the doors. I took my car back to the Mercedes dealer who assured me if I contacted my insurance they would cover and they did immediately. I don’t remember the three ladies that helped me, but they helped me really well and guaranteed payment in 24 hours thank you for being such an excellent
