Can’t get past login

I downloaded the app because of research published in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine Journal that showed good results for people with long Covid.
I created my account and copied my password before submitting it. When I tried to log in, I pasted in the password I had *just* created, and I got an error message.
Ridiculous, but ok—I used the “forgot password?” link, entered my email, and the app was supposed to send a magic link to allow me to log in. The email never came. It wasn’t in the spam folder, either. I tried again a few days later. Still nope. I tried my backup email address. The magic link never came to that address, either.

I wasn’t sure about doing the Gupta program initially but figured with the money back guarantee why not just give it a try.
