Gupta Program Brain Retraining Reviews

I downloaded GuptaProgramBrainRetraining because of research published in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine Journal that showed good results for people with long Covid.

I created my account and copied my password before submitting it. When I tried to log in, I pasted in the password I had *just* created, and I got an error message.

Ridiculous, but ok—I used the “forgot password?” link, entered my email, and GuptaProgramBrainRetraining was supposed to send a magic link to allow me to log in. The email never came. It wasn’t in the spam folder, either. I tried again a few days later. Still nope. I tried my backup email address. The magic link never came to that address, either.

Their support doesn’t respond (mighty networks and Gupta) — I paid the $350 but don’t have access to my account, and can’t get in contact with support

I wasn’t sure about doing the Gupta program initially but figured with the money back guarantee why not just give it a try. I am now in my second year - not only is the material and training wonderful, but you get so much more. The webinars, daily “guptacise”, the forum- it comes across very strongly that Ashok Gupta and all of the people who work for this program are truly invested in your success and well being. It’s been effective for me as a support in healing and I highly encourage anyone to give it a try.

Approach this prograom with an open mind and apply all of the tools that Ashok teaches you. You will begin to notice the healing transformation happen right before your eyes. If you truly want healing make the commitment to yourself to stay disciplined and stick with it. Let go of all judgment and expectations and just trust the process. Be a good steward of the most important gift you have by practicing self-care and love yourself just as you are.

I have been following Ashok Gupta’s program for over 5 years. It has been a miracle and blessing in my life, guiding me to find my best life, and healing me from ME/CFS, as well as easing my emotional challenges and guiding me to continue on a beneficial journey to continue healing emotionally. GuptaProgramBrainRetraining is chock full of wisdom and exercises that, when followed as described, are immensely healing. I highly recommend this program!

The Gupta program can be done all on a laptop but GuptaProgramBrainRetraining is very useful! You can just do free mediations if you don’t purchase the entire program, and do not need to have a chronic illness to use the meditations. The GUPTACISE meditations are awesome and the Gupta coaches that lead them are so kind and gentle. The meditations are recorded so you can listen at any time or can do them live. GuptaProgramBrainRetraining works very well.

This program is a game changer! All my doctors gave up on me after having Covid and developing long haul Covid with other symptoms and said there is nothing more we can do. I found this program and decided to try it out. I am already feeling a shift. So eternally grateful for the Gupta program. I know I am on the right path to healing. Thank you Ashok Gupta!

The Gupta program is the best program out there. The textbook and GuptaProgramBrainRetraining are first class. Their platform is incredible. This is the only program that have clinical trials proving that it is effective. My recovery is coming along nicely. The exercises, techniques, and meditation, helps with all aspects of life.

Gratefully, I found the Gupta Program, and by being consistent in neural brain retraining techniques, I can say that I am finally well again. After 22 years of having very challenged heath, which actually disabled me, I am able to live life again as a healthy person. I went from doctor to doctor, and fully followed their protocol, but couldn’t get well. Three and a half months, I was able to eat anything I wanted. I had been on strict elimination diets for many years. I meditated for 20 minutes twice a day, and most of all, did the Seven Step Technique daily and throughout the day I would say “Stop!” to stop negative thinking, take a deep breath in, and refocus. I was committed to the Gupta Program and also attended Ashok Gupta’s Webinar Series and implemented all that he suggested. When other people who were retraining would ask me how I began to recover so quickly, I’d say, “Just do it!” I said this in reference to taking all of the suggestions that Ashok Gupta provided and implementing them. No excuses—just do it! I no longer live in fear of never getting well again because I am well. I like the fact that Ashok Gupta is not dogmatic to his approach to his Program. Recently, he started Zoom meetings for meditation and retraining. This has helped keep me from making excuses to myself not to do it. After spending a huge amount of money on my treatment for 22 years, I now had a program that was inexpensive and it offered everything I needed to be well again. There is also a Gupta Forum which is monitored to ascertain that the comments that are posted are up-lifting. Sometimes questions are asked by retrainers, and a moderator may provide information regarding where they can access information posted by retrainers who dealt successfully with their particular issue. The Buddy Program is especially helpful (you can have another retrainer with whom you make contact weekly or more to stay on track with your recovery). I found that having a coach was especially helpful. As you can see, the Gupta Program is comprehensive, and it is presented in such a loving and supportive way. I will always be grateful to Ashok Gupta for giving me my life back.
