I downloaded BroadwayDirect specifically for the giveaways they were promoting. Upon receiving the notification via text, I clicked on it and was taken to BroadwayDirect which did not respond. I had it open for literally 5 minutes before closing BroadwayDirect . I reopened BroadwayDirect a few times, even shut my phone off and restarted. BroadwayDirect still did not respond. BroadwayDirect eventually opened hours later but bc I already clicked the notification, there was no way to open up the giveaway link again. Disappointing app.
When using BroadwayDirect , when you select account it buffers in a continuous circle and never opens.
I thought this would solve Broadway Directβs issue of having to input all your information for every performance you enter since youβre making an account now that remembers all that stuff, but NOPE! Decent interface but still super user unfriendly and tedious.
