I’m getting charged to use StreamEast and I would like to cancel my account
Video will not load making me very frustrated
I want to cancel. I signed up about 30 minutes ago. There is no way on your site to cancel, instead it connects you with a chat site. When you ask them to cancel you are connected with tech support and they want your cc information to charge you $60 to have them cancel your account. Please don’t do this to me.
I have repeatedly tried to reach someone to cancel my subscription, with zero success. And I’m not going to pay Justuse to cancel an account that was supposed to be free. I’m seriously considering reporting the situation to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Cancel my account, this is no joke.

I need to cancel my "subscription." I never got an email, but my card was charged and it wasn't supposed to be!
I signed up for Streameast yesterday, 9/17/2023 for the trial. I determined that the streaming was not what I wanted. Per the website, I would receive an email that I could cancel, avoiding the $49.95 monthly charge if done in 5 days. My Visa had a hold/charge for $49.95. I did not receive an email to cancel and I can't seem to reach anyone to cancel. Would Streameast please contact me to cancel this service. I am screen shot'ing this page for confirmation I am attempting to cancel the subscription so that I am not being charged the $49.95/mo. Thank you for your confirmation. Terrie Kintzele
