First of all, I really love this game and I’m super glad that it came to mobile. but with every mobile game, there are usually a few problems. For example, I can’t look behind me and see what’s coming up behind me. I also can’t find the handbrake anywhere if there are controls for this there should be here somewhere, but I haven’t seen them. However, overall, this is a great game. You need to try it! Look, the game looks and plays pretty amazing. The game is SUPER SUPER grindy (pass or not). So here is the disclaimer that GREEDSOFT opted not to disclose/discuss openly in normal sized print. Season 0-7 (Golden Passes) where a first time purchase of $9.99. Credit Tokens collected through playing could be redeemed towards a future pass if you opted to save the tokens. Seasons were 6-8 weeks and now have been cut down to 4 weeks and a new “CASH ONLY” (no credit tokens) $9.99 is now required for every season or basically every month, so $120+tax/year!!! Seriously avoid till fixed like every other online game. Don’t let this business model start!!!

As the review title insists, there’s a learning curve to playing this game on a iPhone. This game uses tap to move controls, which may even be new for people who have had past experiences with racing games. But once you learn, it’s a generally great time. The graphics are amazing, the character selections are vast, and the maps and musics are just amazing.

If you’re a avid Disney fan, get this game!

Best racing game on mobile! Haven't unlocked multiplayer, but if not already there, would love battle modes besides racing. This is the only game I've ever turned on notifications for as well. Thanks so much for full controller support! Been playing for the last few hours and still not even close to bored.

I like the Game But it’s Kinda Hard when I am On Mobile aka My Phone Can you Pls Add A Button That Says Auto Race and Then You Press it and Then They can Race Automatically By Themselves without you having to do it to make it easy and to win the race Faster and Quicker so can you pls Add Auto Race pls ? Really fun at first, feels a bit like Asphalt 9 with a different setup.
To me it has a little ups and downs but other than that, it’s awesome for the start for what’s coming 👏

My ipad kid, baby gronk, needed a brain rot game to play with his gf, livvy dunne so he tried this skibidi game. I was confuzzled when I saw Donald duck doing flips and tricks in a go kart over Aladdin on my sons ipad but just glad he stopped his gooning streak for this. If only disney put this much effort in their star wars shows.

This game is so much fun🤣I just love that you can get new and new characters and I just love that it’s Disney!!! Like wow the more 3 thing I love racing games Disney and stitch yeah there is a stitch avatar but the most important thing is that this is the best game ever made

Disney never misses with there games, if you love racing games with a twist this is it. Amazing graphics & Epic characters with the racing thrill.. Buckle up and grab that trophy 🏆

Honestly I liked it better on switch on mobile the graphics are good but on switch there more worked on I thought this was going to be like asphalt but with Disney but it’s way different it is a good game I recommend

If you like Disney and racing well this is the game for you. This game is very fun and I definitely recommend it and is child friendly.

It’s a fun game to play but the bad thing is it consumes a lot of battery 🪫 but overall I would recommend playing it

I’ve been waiting for this game to come out for a long time. I am a big fan of Mario kart racing. This is nothing like it. The graphics are way better but the driving is horrible. It’s very hard to steer and it’s definitely not an easy game to play very very disappointed Disney.

This game is so cool although I wish you could get sadness for free on the golden pass but everything is great good job 5 stars (: my account is Disney of joy(: with a smile.

The matchmaking it’s just awful. This game matches users level 11 with users who are lvl 35. That’s like having a ferrari compete with a honda. It’s not fair you just won’t win if you don’t pay. This game is a joke. Just an app to squeeze people’s money, typical disney behavior lol Been Waiting months for this?????

Hello my name is Avery and I love Disney Pixar! So I decided to try this new game. My favorite characters are Mike Wazowski, Woody, Anger, and Disgust. (I already unlocked three of them) I have been playing the game for a couple hours and I have to say everything from the soundtracks to the maps are perfect. This game combines the great assets of a quality racing game and a splash of nostalgia. I love how easy it is to earn characters and race against others. The mechanics are extremely simple and the game is available on every device. Lastly, I like how you can complete story quest missions against robots in order to earn in game currency. As long as this game receivers frequent updates and keeps the same charming aspect I think that it’s here to stay.

There's nothing special about the project, but at least it's a good game that allows you to get away from your daily routine for a while.

A good concept and implementation of the game, the developers | designers have done a good job.
Among the disadvantages, I can note that the game has contradictory controls, which gives the impression that the player's experience does not particularly affect the race, circumstances decide everything + sometimes there is not enough dynamism in racing (perhaps I got that impression after playing A9).

I'm a little surprised by the fact that the game first appeared on computers | consoles and only then reached mobile devices. I understand that this is due to the new GL policy, but the game is clearly not made at the level of console games, as if it was originally developed for mobile devices.

Despite the shortcomings, the project as a whole turned out to be normal. Let's hope that the game will continue to develop and show good dynamics and this will not become another GL project that will be abandoned / closed in ~2-3 years.

i LOVE the graphics & the driving mechanics are easy. the maps are fun, different, and interesting. playing this game with a controller is so much fun! (i use the backbone one). there’s also so many customization options! i’m truly addicted :) i also appreciate how much you can adjust the settings to suit your style but… my only complaint is that i can’t play background music (even with streamer-friendly mode disabled & the master volume all the way down). i’d love to play this with my heavy metal playlist on max volume…

For starters, the shop is extremely confusing (which is by design) and very little is actually reasonable for players to obtain. You now need shards to level characters period. which used to not be true past the first 10 shards to unlock characters, you used to level with materials you earned from races. When gambling loot boxes, which you can only buy two of each seasonal box with earnable currency, you have a chance to get 1 shard of the character you’re looking for which you then need 10 of…. Then you have to spend about $3 on each box after that.

Absolute greed and predatory monetization made this the easiest uninstall of my life. I played on PS when the game first released and seeing how it’s changed with the now mobile release has me very disappointed, but not surprised…

I love the game. It’s the right amount of challenging and it’s the right amount of easy and get to your favorite Disney characters and I love that they come with their own unique moves. They put inside out into this game

So, I love this game! As soon as I saw it came out I had to get it. But, there aren’t a lot of characters. I thought the game would have almost all of them. But it didn’t. Could you add some of my favorite characters, like Ember and Wade, or even add more characters to the ones you already have, like adding Taffeta from Wreck it Ralph. Over all, great game! I just had some suggestions about the characters.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I’m so happy it’s on mobile but the only thing I’ve noticed was that it’s a little hard to drive. I would love if you would be able to fix that. Thank you so much for this game!

This game is amazing super unique super fun great track characters all around just a blast I play a lot with my gf and she loves it too everything even down to the controls are just perfect I love the game and look forward to playing a lot more

I already like this game I was surprised on how early I am to get it to. But I do think there is not much characters for example I think they should add Zootopia characters although it is new so they might add it in the future but also the graphics are super good

It’s just like the one I have on my Nintendo switch, and I REALLY enjoy playing it on my iOS too, and it’s just like Mario Kart only this time with some of my favorite Disney characters like Mickey Mouse. It’s a lot of fun and I highly recommend it.

Games awesome on iPhone with a controller. But randomly my character will veer off to the right an get stuck on a wall. Auto everything is turned off. Everything is set to manual. And I don’t have this issue on PlayStation or Steam Deck. It’s very strange.

Speedstorm is amazing but I wish that parents were able to change or delete the accounts but other than that speedstorm is great it has cool features and many more awesome stuff.

Way better than Mario kart! I’ve been playing racing games for over 2 decades and this is one of my all time favorites. I grew up with all the classic Disney movies and so hearing all the movie songs converted to edm style brings back a lot of memories. I first played this game on Xbox and then saw it came out on iOS and was amazed to see the graphics and gameplay was just as good as on the console. Great job developers on the game! The only thing I would change is that Mickey Mouse’s ears aren’t round haha.

I’ve been playing this game since it went F2P, and despite some of it’s shortcomings, I’ve just enjoyed it ever since. However I’ve always been skeptical of how good the mobile version would actually be, and to my surprise it’s quite solid~ the controls are pretty decent, looks great, runs great, it’s convenient for just passing the time if your nowhere near your PC/Console and if you don’t have any of those it’s still a really great alternative, I’d definitely recommend it~

It’s a good game with good design and fun controls. However, every racing game I’ve played, you can hear music and sound effects from the start. I haven’t heard any so far, but I figured it was fine because the designer can do what they want. However, I like some sound while playing, so I tried to play my own music in the background, and it keeps cutting out. Besides that, it seems like a great game. (And I’m case anyone asks, yes, I turned off the streamer-friendly option, which was a nice touch to the game.)

Played the console version, did not like it. I thought the mobile version would be better but the game is still missing something. I’ve played all sorts of kart games and Disney just still hasn’t figured out how to connect with their gaming audience. Nintendo, Nickelodeon, and Sega all can out with some great kart titles but still waiting on Disney. Just for the love of everything, as a fan of Disney just make everything, especially gaming, less transactional and just make something good and fun…..

It’s hard to steer & use abilities on a phone but I’ve had this game on PS for a while. It keeps you motivated with new movie themes & characters every couple months. Each racer has a unique ability that fits their character.

I absolutely love playing this game on my boyfriends play station. when i saw it was coming to the appstore i preadded it! it is just as fun, however idk if its just me but the game lags a bit. i’ll be playing and it will freeze and then continue on. could be my phone, but other than that.. i love it!

Disney Speedstorm is a great game. I played it on the ps5 before it came out mobile. The bad thing is that the game constantly kicks me out when I try to get more metals. My problems started occurring after entering world 2. It isn’t letting me connect to my profile on the ps5. Could it be an age restriction? If I could connect my profiles and stop getting kicked out all time, the game would be a 5 star.

Let me start by saying…I love this game. The controls are great. The graphics are surreal and smooth. The cross platforming capabilities between here and the Switch are awesome for playing on the go.

That being said….the drop rates for some of the items I feel are off. The special boxes for unlocking timed characters have drop rates of 10% for epic (crew member) and 15% for rare (crew member and character). I spent $40 in tokens to land more epic items and rare crew members than the actual character I was trying to unlock. It feels more like the character is 5% drop rate. I get it…it’s how they make their money. But having to spend anymore than $20 in tokens to unlock a single character, is ridiculous. If they fix these drop rates, then I’ll reevaluate my rating but as of now, I’m pretty upset with how this is ran.

I’ve always enjoyed battle/kart racing games, Gameloft really put together something special with Disney Speedstorm.

Like most modern games, the micro-transactions leave something to be desired, but if you stick with the game for a few months, you can earn almost all of the racers without spending your hard earned money.

Outside of monetization, this is easily the best kart racer I’ve ever played; amazing soundtracks, level design, art, unique abilities for racers, customization of stats and appearance, and mostly skill based competitive races. My friends and I have been having a blast for hundreds of hours.

Can you please get marvel characters in and Star Wars too it would make the game better with different places too please make this happen do it to make the game more fun and enjoyable it will help people get the game more and like it if you had marvel characters and Star Wars characters need you guys to get to me asap so I want to have the characters I said to come in and add some new tracks to

In my opinion, this is the best racing game I have ever played on my iPhone. The attention to detail, graphics, style of cart racing gameplay is definitely top-notch. Gameloft has definitely done a fantastic job here and I hope there is more and content in the future. if you’re even just thinking about downloading, this, definitely do it. I will be playing this for a long time to come.

I absolutely LOVE this game. But I have a major issue I am extremely frustrated with and I’ve emailed gameloft and I get ignored. I downloaded this game on my iPad and it says it is compatible and updated and everything. My iPad is not to old. But it gives me an error message saying that the game isn’t compatible with my iPad… what’s the deal? I play it on my computer but I want it on my iPad. Can you explain/help me?

I’m never much in to racing games but when I seen this Disney one I thought I would give it a chance! I absolutely love the graphics, music to go with the track theme, and how all the characters have their own unique features. The only thing I wish to see more of is more shard rewards and occasionally a new cast member thrown in! I can’t get certain characters I need!!!

With the release of the new pirates of the Caribbean update my device sometimes lag really bad, not sure if this happens just on phone or all plattforms, Vanellope lags my device really bad, and also Jessie and Belle does, the game becomes unplayable at all because the fps go down a lot!!!!! (Sometimes the fps are LITERALLY just 1, at the end of races and during races is when it happens to me) i’m using the iPhone 14 Pro Max and last update was just 101% excellent but this one’s really bad

This game is filled with fan favorite characters, and lots of details. There is no complaints they made the game super fun and I love the way they do season tours it makes you want to play everyday to get new characters, and the launch of mobile release just made the game more fun. I personally play this game on more than one device. Weather playing it on your phone or computer etc. the game mechanics are great! I loved the opening cutscenes when you download the game it truly is a game that had so much time and effort put into it.

I really love this game because it’s really fun. It’s kind of like racing. It is actually racing so it’s kind of like so. It all started in the arcade or zoom came over if I’m saying it wrong please do something else like whatever the game is called just did just.

So first it tells you how to play and Thoose stuff but when you race with your friends or strangers and winning it’s very fun and there’s lots of characters each it’s movie like frozen inside out and much more and team mode is just funnier with friends 3v3 and the developers good job on making these game I always wanted to make a game but I was just bad so bye have a great day.
