1Hotels is awful. I’ve tried it on WiFi and cellular and it’s slow! Nothing saves, check in was a nightmare and I had to scan my documents multiple times to no avail. Ended up having to check in at the hotel. I made multiple reservations for wellness classes before my arrival and only one saved into the system, so we missed out on the opportunity. I’m not sure why everyone is rating it 5 stars because it’s truly a faulty and poorly made app.
Bad first impression of this hotel. After calling to make a reservation for our anniversary, I tried to use 1Hotels to book a spa day. Nope. Worthless app. For such a highly rated hotel, you’d think they would be able to figure out how to make their app work.

I’ve been at this resort for a week and never once got 1Hotels to work. At the login screen, it just circles buffering. Never once was able to login.
Downloaded 1Hotels to check in, but unable to do so because the save button doesn’t work when trying to add (required) secondary guest info. Oh well… it looks lovely though. 🤷🏻♀️
Like others said, can’t even login at all after the update. And when I logged in at the past before recent update, many of the functionality doesn’t work either.
Login won’t work… maybe it’s a good app, but can’t even login so not sure.
1Hotels is so poorly developed and doesn’t even have the functionality to do the things it claims you can do. You can’t check in because you constantly get an error message. 1Hotels is so slow and constantly glitching and needs to be forced closed. It’s just useless.
1Hotels looks nice but won’t work to login for my reservations, so basically useless. Two stars just for the design aspects but functionally zero.
Way better than version 1, which didn’t work. But even this one is glitchy an unusable. Can’t even book a room without freezing
I think the title says it all. Just so many service misses it’s hard to number them. 1Hotels is clunky too. Whipping open the blinds in the morning is an amazing treat though, the bay is gorgeous.

Love 1 Hotels some of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Love that you can easily book your travel at any of their properties through 1Hotels . It also has information on all the amenities for each property. Download to to stay in the know.
Its great that you can chat with any of the hotels from 1Hotels . Helped us plan our arrival.
All other things are nice, but phone as key is the best
