Slow and Faulty

The app is awful. I’ve tried it on WiFi and cellular and it’s slow! Nothing saves, check in was a nightmare and I had to scan my documents multiple times to no avail. Ended up having to check in at the hotel. I made multiple reservations for wellness classes before my arrival and only one saved into the system, so we missed out on the opportunity. I’m not sure why everyone is rating it 5 stars because it’s truly a faulty and poorly made app.

This app is so poorly developed and doesn’t even have the functionality to do the things it claims you can do. You can’t check in because you constantly get an error message. The app is so slow and constantly glitching and needs to be forced closed. It’s just useless.

Bad first impression of this hotel. After calling to make a reservation for our anniversary, I tried to use the app to book a spa day. Nope. Worthless app. For such a highly rated hotel, you’d think they would be able to figure out how to make their app work.
