Going onto the website and shopping and then noticing that I could download the app and sign up for rewards. This is been the worst shopping experience I have had in years!!! The website does not recognize the app and the rewards information, such as a rewards number provided to me, does not exist. I have had to go back-and-forth from the website to the app, multiple times. I have been working on this shopping list for 2 1/2 hours. This is totally unacceptable. I went to add items to my cart via the app, and it would not update, it would freeze, it would not have items in my basket once I added them and then deleted items that I already had, and nothing is matching the website or the app. It does not recognize my loyalty on either page or website. This was a terrible terrible experience that I would not wish upon anybody. I am extremely disappointed.

I’ve tried to log in to the app on multiple occasions. Nothing I do is working. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, tried to activate my account just to get an error messages that reads “something went wrong try again later.” I’ve tried requesting a password reset and never get an email for the reset. I’ve reached out to customer service just to be told to “try all of the above again later.” I can’t access the app and I can’t access the website via my account, only as a guest. Seriously needs to be looked into by IT.

I've had an account for over a year now with many purchases made, so when Kim came out and said previous purchases were going to count towards the rewards program I was so excited. Now everytime I try and log in it gives me an error message. I try changing my password, and it still doesn't work. I wanted to like this app but I just can't be bothered with this bugginess. So unfortunate, please fix this
