Unable to register, app would not allow me to choose store location, which apparently is required for registration.

Had to reset password twice. Had to reselect store preferred twice. App crashed over 6 times trying to do these things.

Top icon for your info is hard to tap on. Glorified web browser for their own site. Asks for location but is not told it will ask for location in app info on App Store. Takes a long time to open. No product finder and basically just a coupon book in small form

NaturalGrocers is worthless! I wanted to find out if my store carried certain products. There is no way to search for products on NaturalGrocers . There website is not much better!
Not much good to have a bunch of recipes and no way to see if they have any of the ingredients. Absolutely silly!

I had tried to log in when I was near a store and out of town. set up app, recognizes my email and my password was saved in my phone – so I know it was right password. Wouldn’t take it reset password. App still won’t take it.
Fast forward three years. Maybe Natures Grocers app will be better? Nope. Same. Exact. Problem. And my phone number is attached so I can’t make another. Come on, ppl! You should have some decent IT people on staff. This is low cost marketing you’re missing out on:/💰

Trying to use your app is worse than trying to use your website. Trying to find products is ridiculously difficult

On installing NaturalGrocers it asked for my email and password. I tried entering them and it says the account doesn’t exist! Either my records are incorrect or it is implying I have to set up a new account to use NaturalGrocers . How much time does Natural Grocers expect a customer to expend on their behalf?

Very slow to load and difficult to find products! Also, logs me out ALL the time! Overall more frustrating than helpful!!

Will not allow me to log in with the account info I have. Says it is not recognized.

As so many others have noted, the initial login splash screen would not recognize my existing account.

SOLUTION: skip the first login screen and use the icon in the upper right corner. That one seems to take the login info just fine.

More importantly, please add a product finder and a shopping list feature and I’ll give it five stars. I’m not very interested in coupons since they’re never for items I buy, but I would totally shop at NG way more often if I could browse the products and build a list without using the annoying ad-laden instacart app.

I really like NG for certain things, but if it’s more convenient to shop at WFM and Sprouts because of their apps, then I’ll do that.

For the record, I’m no longer doing business with instacart due to their refusal to refund money on the damaged and spoiled food items their shoppers repeatedly deliver. This is an issue that seldom if ever comes up with any of the other dove shopping services I rely on, and I find it mind-boggling that a company would blacklist a customer for its own QC failures. This on top of its questionable treatment of the shoppers? So unethical.

I too was excited that NG came out with an app. But sadly, it is still somewhat challenging to use and it does not provide what we as users want or need. We need to be able to look at what’s in the shelves. It valuable to me to be able to see what’s in stock BEFORE going out to the store. Sadly NaturalGrocers is unhelpful.

I would use NaturalGrocers so much more if it had the product finder. I use the website way more so I can price and item check before I shop. NaturalGrocers seems to just take up space on my phone. Please add the product finder. Thank you.

It’s basically just a web browser for their website only. Buggy, slow, crashes often. The epitome of mediocrity, which tracks given which company were talking about here. Still, it’s better than using their website for npower stuff

No option to shop my store, won't let me save certain favorite products or see availability at stores near me. The product locator is just as awful as the website (which is essentially worthless). The only benefit I can see is that I got a $2 bonus for downloading NaturalGrocers, which I am ready to delete.

There is no product search ability, no shopping list. The only thing that isn’t marketing related is a listing of some recipes. Otherwise, it’s just coupons, announcements, and other not very useful stuff.

I would have to say that it is way faster than the website which I have found takes forever to load, if it ever does.

I love Natural Grocers’ products and recipe suggestions, but the tech side of their business needs a lot of love if it is a part of the business strategy.

Not user friendly and it does not have a search area to see if they carry a product.

I love Natural Grocers but NaturalGrocers leaves a lot to be desired. The Sprouts app allows me to shop or to create a shopping list before I go to the store which is super helpful. I can also pre-order and pick up my order on the way home. With your app my only choice is to go through Instacart for delivery and even that process is a cumbersome, drawn out process.

I’m so happy there’s a app now but it doesn’t make sense why there is one. When ever I try to do anything on NaturalGrocers it automatically takes me to the web. That doesn’t make sense.
I’m a 20 year old so this shouldn’t be hard to navigate for me at all but it is. You can’t look up items and you can’t make a list it seems… I may be wrong but I can’t find it at all so for now I’m thinking it doesn’t have one. When you have places like Sam’s club and Safeway and even king supers. There should be a much smoother app then this. Who ever made this or tried too needs to update and figure things out because this. This is not it.

The only thing about NaturalGrocers that I could possibly consider using (but probably won’t) is to check on promotions. What I expect from a store app that I will actually use (not present here) is the ability to check if something I want is in stock, what aisle it’s in, and the ability to order it.

I don’t need to go into further detail because there are already many reviews here, far more articulate than mine, that do.

I like the grocery apps so that I can look up products and prices for products. I like to compare who has the better price. Unfortunately, NaturalGrocers does not have that capability. People today like to be able to use this feature and to be able to order groceries online. I don’t particularly order many groceries online but I do like to shop and compare prices. Having this capability would be a big step in the right direction.

For the 2024 Earth Day sale, we were supposed to be able to use a 30% off coupon for all body products. Coupon didn’t exist and manager had to manually give me the discount. I just clipped another coupon. It disappeared and NaturalGrocers tells me I have no coupons clipped at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Good to see NaturalGrocers. Small but important issue: When you Clip a Coupon, you can only view the first two. The rest disappear on NaturalGrocers . They don’t appear with the yet to be clipped coupons, and they can’t be looked up anywhere else.
This will cost sales because now users cannot use the list of clipped coupons as a shopping list.

When I think of an Stores Application I think of something that can be helpful when shopping.
It should be something that is unique to the location where we are shopping. What’s there, where it’s located, we can create a shopping list.
I have forgotten Thousands of dollars worth of products because:
1. I couldn’t find them. 2. I couldn’t find anyone to ask. 3. I forgot my book or list at home. 4. I got too close to the checkout and gave up. I get to the checkout line, I don’t go back. Plus I’m not inconveniencing the people behind me.

Please add the product finder. Thank you!

I'm glad I have easy access to the ad and my rewards now, but I downloaded NaturalGrocers hoping there would be a product finder that is less clunky than the one on the website. I should have read the reviews first. I hope the developers add a product finder in the future. It's a start.

First, THANK YOU for finally making NaturalGrocers. It is already leaps and bounds ahead of the website but to be fair, that’s not saying much.
It’s still not very user friendly to access rewards. It should be a big bold navigation icon straight to rewards since that’s what most people are going to use NaturalGrocers for.
Also, there should really be a “clip all” button. It took me several minutes to load all of my coupons in.
Lastly, the side menu doesn’t make sense from an end users perspective. Having the about us section at the top isn’t good design. Put the features and navigation at the top that will be used the most, I.e rewards, coupons, upcoming promotions, etc.
There’s a lot that y’all could do to make this a stellar user experience and it wouldn’t take too much. The bones are there and that’s the hard part.

NaturalGrocers is wonderful. User friendly!!

It's about time they made NaturalGrocers. I shop here all the time so i can rack up points. Plus they frequently give coupons.

Please add a shopping list and item lookup so I don't have to use scraps of paper when shopping in store.

I love Natural Grocers so I’m glad they have an app to help me find sales on natural food and supplements.

I love having easy access to my coupons and rewards when I shop. There are also tons of recipes to browse for meal inspo - highly recommend checking those out!

I love the Natural Grocers app. It’s user friendly and very intuitive. I am already more aware of upcoming sales and events than I was prior to NaturalGrocers release. Natural Grocers is always crushing it. Keep up the good work!
