Not a fan of the new app!

The older versions were much easier to see an overview of your accounts. Now you have to go into each account for details.

The new app does not show next due dates easily. Or all my accounts that I have… requires a lot of digging deeper to find necessary information.
Plus, the member acct #s that I save and transfer to regularly were lost

The app is pretty terrible after the change.

You have to constantly log back in if you want to do anything with the information from the app.

You can’t copy and paste the account/routing numbers and **you have to log back in** every time you try to toggle between the app and something else. Not intuitive and too many clicks.

It doesn’t list the important details with the accounts. What’s the APY/interest rate? What are the restrictions on the account: can you remove all the money or is their a cap on a debit transaction? How often can you move money in and out of Money Market. Basic questions should be easily accessible in the account information section.

When you go to transfer in different places, it doesn’t actually let you add an outside account. You have to find the specific “transfer” section that lets you add an outside account first. Dumb.
