Hi everyone I haven’t been getting the spot the station alerts for awhile now. When I put in my phone number it won’t let me. Don’t know why.

To resolve Spot the Station network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Spot the Station App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spot the Station » click [Force Stop]

Clear Spot the Station App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spot the Station » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spot the Station.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spot the Station » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spot the Station » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spot the Station
