For over a week, I have been trying to transfer a test amount of $1.00 from my High Interest Savings Account in raisin to the Cash Account, then to the external checking account at my Credit Union. I talked with a customer service rep. to find out that the information I put into the Reference Account has to be entered manually by their IT department and would take 2 to 4 days. What? Still has not been done. This effectively prevents me from having any access to my funds in the High Interest Savings Account. This is unacceptable. I need someone to call me with a solution to this problem. My cell phone number is 602-781-7949. Leave a message if I don't answer, with a person's name and direct phone number for me to call back. Poorly designed app

This app is incredibly basic and offers limited access to necessary information. Looks to be designed by junior college class project. Actual website is not much better. I’ve also sent requests to email support with NO response. Do you trust this group with your money if you can’t trust them to design a professional website/app product and respond in a professional manner? As soon as my CD matures, I’m done with this company.
