How can you expect anyone to defend against a server like 1850, I’d venture to say that your grouping to 1859 is completely off. I know a lot of people who spend a lot of money on this game, that are considering quitting because your systems aren’t evenly matched. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
The overwhelming majority of my UR trucks this past week have had zero gold gear, zero shards, zero gold anything. Today peaked at 4 strait trucks of zero gold goodies. How can I keep refreshing my trucks and get nothing? How is it still a UR truck if it’s all more common goods?
App Developers, I requested a refund from Apple for three Hot Package purchases. On the dates in question your app double charged me my Hot Package 20 purchases. Each purchase was $19.99 for a total of $59.97 in overages. I logged into today and found out that I have restrictions on my account and have to PAY to get the removed. I have purchased a lot of packages (review my history), I am definitely not abusing a refund. I have sent well over $59.97. The most recent double charge (9/22/2025) is the reason I caught the error. Look at you records I was charged twice for a purchase on 9/22, 9/11, & 8/12. You all are punishing me for requesting my money back for an error in your app. Don’t worry I will not be purchasing anything else; especially if this is how you treat players you have overcharged.
I'm playing on PC, please add the split window feature to your app on the windows so we can open the game all the time at work or with anything else.
There is an issue with S3 Tomb daily discovery. Once you go down to 30-40%, you can be rewarded Season Medals. Unfortunately the system 'made the bridge' between the initial balance and the credit received - instead of simply adding the credit. Game support pasted the error but refused to acknowledge the issue. This is the 2nd time it happens to me (see the odd 1st entry as well). Got fed up, wrote to game developers. Not hoping for much. Lack of trust. so we have noticed a issue with the system changing who was signed up for desert storm we had everyone who wanted to play signed up the system actually changed who was in that list except for one player. also we have had issues where ae anouncments where being deleted and random re posting out of know i'm wondering if this is indeed a system issue or a rouge player i would love if you could get back to us about this. also thank you for making a awesome game sorry for the incorrect spelling im half a sleep typing this

I really want to ask the developers what they were thinking with the Alliance Duels... Having another server fight your bases isn't fun. I was burned down multiple times in the 24 hour period. I'm not even joining in attacking other bases.

This game interested me because of the fun looking math based battle pictures, but in reality, they game has almost none of this. As somebody who has a serious gambling addiction, I ended up spending over $6,000 on this game, on the upgrades and chance based chest opening. I got sucked into this game, and I feel like I was mislead. Although it is my fault for spending the money, I do feel like the “gambling” aspect of this game is not well represented in the pictures. I have tried explaining my issues to case to the customer support, and have been callously told there is nothing they can do. I can’t even get partially refunded for the items that are still in my account. My wife considers this gambling, and due to my relapse (without telling her), I am now losing my wife, and have to move out of our house since it is in her name. My life is effectively in ruins due to this game. Wish I had known this was a P2W game, with paid chance based objects before I downloaded it. I am a loser.

Or whatever other junk this game is about. I just want to play the game in the ad. I don’t understand it. Game makers know that people want these games, that’s why they use them for the ads, it draws people in. But no one ever makes the games from the ad. Why don’t you just make the game that people actually want to play? It literally makes no sense.
Stay away! False Advertising! Gambling! Not for ages under 18-21

Not a math game. It’s not a marching game. It’s an alliance focused base building game. I didn’t get a purchase. Reported it and they issued a refund that locked me out until I paid the refund back. Gambling is rigged, it rewards players who spend less money more, while usurping players who regularly spend more, to get them to spend more. It’s rare that any purchases are straight forward. You only get to play the advertise game when you upgrade your headquarters. Headquarters Max out at level 30 and by the time you get into level 20 and above, you’re very rarely ever playing the game you downloaded this for. The game is intentionally addictive and it has gambling. Furthermore, unless you get into the server when it first starts or spend a lot of money, you’ll never be a top player. So there’s constant bullying and a constant waste of resources and troops. There is constant conflict, it is a war game. Customer service is useless, and rarely apologetic. This game is designed to hook people and build relationships so you don’t leave. Then you and the other players that are hooked are feeding off each other, spending more and more money on their ridiculous little events. Not once have I ever spent money on this game and felt like I got fair values in return. they are making tens of millions of dollars a month. They don’t need any new players, they need to be sued.
