SixD iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever SixD app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix SixD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SixD app on iPhone
Update SixD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SixD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SixD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SixD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

SixD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SixD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SixD app issues:

Force Stop the SixD App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SixD app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SixD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SixD App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SixD app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SixD.

Fix SixD unable to contact server/ SixD internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SixD » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SixD » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SixD on android.
